Pros: It is close to a couple subway stations we went. It is in a quiet place close to the harbour. The facilities are good for travellers, such as a awashing machine with the dryer function in the room, water refills at reception, and easy luggage transfers. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Plenty of space, warm, welcoming and fresh.

Pros: The location and facilities are excellent. The room is spacious and fresh in design. Fantastic set up with fold-away bunk that is also a couch. The room is equipped with clothes washer/dryer, microwave, rice cooker and a small hob. Everything you need to a stay in town with two adults and a couple of kids. In easy walking distance to Daimon Station and Tokyo Tower, it's just a stop from Roppongi and a short ride to Akihabara and Ginza. Cafes and restaurants are all around and a convenience store is 50m away. Getting to Haneda/Narita by train is easy too.

Cons: It's hard to fault. Everything is new and fresh, door staff are great, location is ideal. The area is quiet at night and it's not a party area. But I wasn't there for that.

Pros: Location was very convenient with train stations nearby. Room was spacious with all the facilities we needed! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Everything!! Clean and spacious room with all the amenities. Very professional and amiable staff. They were always present with a smile to help us out with anything required. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment for a family of 3

Pros: Clean, great staff, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby before and after check-in/out which were very convenient for us. The room had a big kitchen and everything you would need in an apartment.

would stay here again for a trip to Shimbashi

Pros: Very spacious and good location within walking distance to Tokyo Tower, Ginza, Tsukiji Outer Market and Shimbashi Station. It's exactly the location we looked for to discover this part of Tokyo. The apartment itself is spot clean, great for families with toddlers and comes equipped with everything you need including a washing machine.

Cons: We would have loved if the bathroom had a decent drying / dehumificatino function as it's found in other japanese style bathrooms for drying clothes.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great room

Pros: The staff were incredibily friendly and helpful - always wishing us a a great day when we left and welcoming us on our return. They were especially helpful in explaining how to do luggage forwarding and even offered to help take our bags to the local convienance store.

Pros: Location to transport, lots of restaurants nearby, staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful, close to 2 convenience stores for supplies, plenty of space for a couple

Cons: 6 digit access codes for elevator and room

Pros: Considering Tokyo standards, good sized room, great location, great staff.

Cons: The bunk bed's upper bed was noisy even my son made normal side-to-side movements during sleep. The washing machine is all in Japanese. A simple guide or booklet should be made available for tourists like us.
