SLL Urban Suites Ebisu

Pros: Location is great, plenty of restaurants and bars and close to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Modern, comfortable.

Cons: Level 3 Beds too big for the rooms making it impossible to utilise the cupboard spaces for clothes storage in some rooms as they don’t open and access to the beds hard as you have to climb over the ends of the bed.

Fantastic for a Family

Pros: The location is prime, with walking access to both Ebisu and Hiro-o stations. It's easy to get to most places of interest in Tokyo within an hour. The suite is pleasantly large, especially when compared to standard hotels in Tokyo.

Cons: Smallest criticism: There are a few empty closets that would benefit with a coat hanger. Travellers who really want to be on the hustle may want to stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku (although those are 1 and 2 stops away).

It was an enjoyable experience and If we ever come back to Tokyo we will choose SLL Urban Suites again

Pros: SLL Urban Suites Ebisu has a clean, minimalist look and feels nice to stay in. The appliances are user-friendly and easy to use. The location is very convenient, with easy access to many popular attractions.

Cons: If the cupboards along the corridor leading to the dining area had a rail for hanging clothes, it would be better.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the flat had everything needed. Incredibly clean, beds comfortable. Location excellent, quiet but close to Ebisu station.

It was the best place we ever had stayed in Tokyo.

Pros: A elegant, modern and very clean apartment. Very calm area /a little oasis in the middle of busy Tokyo. ( train station, restaurants, shops are just nearby). The best stay we ever had with renting an apartment. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Thank you very much . We will be back .

Great location, great restaurants nearby, super clean, worked well for family of 4 adults.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to yamanote, hibiya, shodan-shinjuku subway lines but out of the rat race. The property was in a very quiet area and great restaurants in the area. We ate at a great place which was 2 minute walk away- sushi Hatsume. Great sushi experience, fun and friendly staff - need reservations! Burger Mania was also close and very good casual place. Ebisu Garden Place is a short walk away. The place was very new and spotless! Did I say the location was great?

Cons: I have a few suggestions. 1) replace the big table with a smaller table and instead put in a small couch. There was no where to hang out except on the bed or at the table. We had 4 of us and there wasn’t really a place we could all hang out. 2) get some dimmers on the lights. They were either very bright or totally dark. Hard to relax when the lights were so bright. 3) install some towel hooks. 4) I don’t think you can do anything about this but the floor was very cold. Maybe some carpet tiles would warm things up. FLOR tiles. Also maybe that’s only on 2f unit. With a few small adjustments (above) this would have been a 9, yet I’m going to have to rate this an 8.

Great place to stay with reasonable price

Pros: I liked how easy to check in and out without interaction , size of property and distance from bus station

Pros: Excellent location, very comfortable beds, super clean and lots of beds

Cons: One bathroom is tough with a large group and no ability to store luggage upon departure
