Awesome place!

Pros: Awesome location, close to a train station. Lovely little place, perfect for a couple and one small child. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely use again.

Cons: Only thing missing was one of those peg things to hang up washing. Place has a dryer, but dryers are lame.

Cute place

Pros: I quite like the location which is a quiet residential area, but also convenient. The interior decoration is cute which automatically light up the spirit! Personally I don't mind, but just a reminder that the ladder to the bed is quite steep, and the light in the morning could be strong for certain people. Recommend to bring your sleep mask if you're sensitive to light.

Cozy tiny apartment in convenient but cool local-feel area

Pros: Cool 'shitamachi' area, comfortable bed, air conditioned, and walkable to Ikebukuro. Easy self-check in and prompt staff response.

Nice and cozy

Pros: Nice stay very cozy and close to the station. Just a solid home story in Tokyo. 3.5 booms in the boom meter

Cons: The bathroom wasn't very clean. Maybe i was just unlucky, but nothing crazy.

Pros: It’s very clean and for what it is in Tokyo I think the size of the room is not too bad. The location is perfect.

Cons: The sound insolation isn’t the best. I could hear other rooms flushing (or showering) and the snore from other room. If you are a light sleeper, maybe this is something to consider.

Photos don't match but that's ok

Pros: Ok so the apartment did not match the photos provided. It is a micro-apartment in Ikebukuro. Couple of things worth noting. 1) Don't try to sleep on the pull out couch unless you're small. I'm 6 feet tall and my legs hang off of it. I can also practically anywhere so this wasn't a deal breaker. 2) The ladder is interesting. Don't let it freak you out. 3) become familiar with the aircon controls. They'll make or break your time there Funny enough, I'd totally stay there again so take nothing of what I'm saying as a detriment to the place. It's a great location. Excellent neighbourhood.

Nice and cosy and close to the train station

Pros: Clean, comfy and cosy place within walking distance of local train station

Cons: There was no shower curtain which made the bathroom all wet after showering, also no hand soap provided.

Pros: Quiet accommodation The entrance to the alley is not deep. Close to the train station. The owner is cute. Provides all the information requested. I will come here again.

Exhilerating

Pros: I loved the kind Person that showed me the room and explained everything. he was also so nice to give me a cigarette! Perfect service!

Cons: Everything was good, there were no issues

Ikebukuro hideaway

Pros: Location was nice and quiet really close to a train station

Cons: Only thing I didn't like was the low ceiling above the bed
