Good located, clean but slightly cramped

Pros: Very nice location, clean, everything that you would need you will find there. Good communication, clean and all in all well.

Cons: The wifi connection was not very stable and it was just a bit cramped.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

Pros: Our first air b n b in Japan and we like it. Good surrounding as it was not noisy. Feels like welcoming in Japanese neighbourhood. Owner allowed us to check in earlier when we were just going to drop our baggage. Thumbs up to that!

Cons: No TV so a bit quiet in the house. No basic entertainment. Main door lock needs changed or repaired for guests to feel more secured.

Pros: It was a nice and comfortable place to stay, easy to find and close to the Ikebukuro station (10-15min by foot). The fact that it’s at the 1F is really convenient when you have big luggages. And the host replied quickly to my messages. Thank you.

Cons: The bed in the living room takes a lot of space but it’s still nice and comfortable.

Great stay at a convenient location with a friendly host

Pros: The beds were great and comfy. The owner was flexible enough to let us leave our bags in the room prior to check-in time as we landed in Tokyo really early in the morning. Ikebukuro is a convenient location to connect to other key areas in Tokyo. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. It comes with a bath tub, which is a big plus. The nightly rate was a little high cause I booked quite last-minute for the Christmas period. During non-peak season, I suppose it will be cheaper and, hence, a wonderful base for exploring Tokyo.

Cons: We were given a room on the ground floor. I think the main door needs to be updated with a more secured lock (it's just me, Tokyo is actually a pretty safe city). The guesthouse is also located on a quiet street which, on weekdays, is dimly lit. Make sure you have mobile data so that you can find your way back at night. As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is a 9-minute walk from the nearest station exit. If you have a lot of luggage, it will be a bit tough. Without luggage, though, it will be fine. You will walk past many restaurants, konbini and more... 😉

Pros: Apartment was spacious with two bedrooms. All facilities were there coffee machine, Bath and toilet seperate which helps to get ready in parallel. Location near to Ikebukara station. Lots of Indian restaurants nearby so that was of great help & a good shopping area in the neighborhood.

Cons: Slightly higher on price but it was worth the stay and extra money paid.

We’re happy & satisfied with our stay.

Pros: The house is very tidy & clean, comfortable & complete with essential amenities. It’s a 10 min walk to ikebukuro station, along the way theres 7e, family mart, lawson, donki & places to eat. Theres also few halal restaurants nearby for muslims. They also have a stroller so very helpful for us with 2 kids.

Cons: Price is slightly high for us but we’re there during spring season, that must be the reason.

Pros: 來之前有一直擔心我們所需要的設備是不是都有齊全我們需要的是浴缸、烹飪、洗衣機、二張床，在不同的空間。非常符合我們的需求雖然沒有烘衣機，但因為天氣乾燥，我們天天洗衣服都會當天乾燥。離車站大概要走8分鐘，但很方便。孩子很小，但步行沒問題。但切記進去不要一下開所有的電器。日本容易跳電⋯⋯其他都很美好
