Comfortable, spacious, great location, excellent friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The space in the family room was very much welcome after such a long flight and gave the kids space to decompress. Getting an early check in was very much appreciated too.

Perfect for families who need a bit of extra space or travelling with teens. Location is 10/10

Pros: This is a fantastic apartment hotel in a great location. Walking distance to so many places, literally could spend days exploring the neighbourhood and we enjoyed the balcony for a few quiet wines after a big day. These apartments are bigger by Tokyo standards which was good for our family as we were not on top of each other. Loved the dining area with comfy lounge. The bunk set up is perfect with USB outlets by the beds so the teens were happy and gave them privacy. It was a lot higher up in our price brackets compared to other accommodation we had been using but worth it for a couple nights of extra room. The staff at the front desk are wonderful too.

Cons: No negatives, maybe a set of wine glasses in the kitchen but apart from that, everything was excellent

Spacious, clean and good for family of 5

Pros: Spacious clean room and all necessary amenities were provided. It had a good view of the Skytree and having a veranda was nice. The area was quiet so had no issues sleeping. Is in a good location: Senso-ji is 8 min walk Lawson, Family Mart, 7-11 6 min Life Supermarket 6 min Rox 3 min Although if taking the train to Narita, Asakusa station is a 15 min walk and stair-heavy.

Cons: Wish it had a common area but understand that space is limited in Tokyo.

Pros: The variety of teas provided at the reception and the drinking water available in the room we booked were well appreciated. The rooms are spacious enough and having a washing machine was a bonus after a few weeks travelling around Japan. The location is within walking distance to stations and attractions alike.

Cons: The shower area in the room with a sauna is next to the toilet which can lead to a lack of privacy if sharing rooms with people you are not comfortable with. Could have a couple of hangers more for the clothes when sharing room with other people.

Pros: Nice compact apartment. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice to have a balcony. Great location in a quiet street just back from the main part of Asakusa.

Loved it

Pros: Staff were wonderful. They haleped transport luggage which other hotels would not do. Loved the view from the balcony and the outside near the elevator. Secure doors and loved the balcony in general

Pros: When my daughter lost her phone in another city, the staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful in tracing it and arranging for it to be sent to the hotel. Huge thanks to the very kind team — especially Le — for all the help and for a lovely stay overall!
