Cons: Every time entering into room always wait someone who can come out from inside, and pray for not to wait long late hours not easy to wait. I saw that some residents has a key, but I have not,

Pros: Owner nice and responsive A lot of detailed information provided by the owner before the arrival Flat well located in Shinjuku area All equipements required (aircon, wifi, accessories for cooking, ...) Some extra provided (indoor shoes, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo ...)

Cons: The very first entrance in the building requires that a resident of the building opens you the main door

Comfortable in a good location

Pros: A good little unit in Kabuchicho, very close to Higashi Shinjuku and Sanchome Shinjuku Stations, 10 minutes to Shinjuku Station. A couple of minutes walk to Golden Gai bar area. The owner is a very good communicator.

Cons: While I was staying, the entire exterior of the building was under renovation, which made it difficult to recognise when trying to find it.

Posizione eccellente, appartamento piccolo ma comodo e pulito! Istruzioni dell'host molto precise.

Pros: Tutto gestito bene, dal check in al check out, camera piccola ma pulita e con posizione eccellente. Super consigliato!

Pros: L'hôte est très disponible pour vous aider et vous accompagner. Le lit est confortable. L'emplacement très proche de shinjuku et bon rapport qualité prix pour la ville de Tokyo. Si c'est juste pour y dormir c'est très bien ! Vraiment cool d'être en plein cœur de Shinjuku !

Cons: Ce coin là de Kabukicho est un peu sale pas mal de rats la nuit. Mais c'est le lôt de tout quartier nocturne comme celui ci, qui est super vivant avec une grosse vie nocturne.
