Pros: Good location, close to public transport. You can explore many things in the area in a walking distance such as kabukicho, shinjuku garden and the rest of the neighborhood. Easy to travel to shibuya and many places for food.

Pros: All the amenities were as promised. The host helped arrange the airport transfer. Location is excellent.

Cons: There are stairs, so it was cumbersome for us with the luggage. The host was responsive, but only available on Booking.com messages, not even on WhatsApp. Hence, no live contact was possible. We could not figure out the switch for one of the big lights in the room.

Pros: 离地铁站比较近，离繁华的地方也比较近，而且楼下吃的，药妆店，超市都有，是值得推荐的一个地方，房间比较大，比较适合让人多居住，冰箱微波炉都有也比较齐全，而且老板比较热情，价格也公道，打满分！

21-28 tarihleri arasında yaklaşık 160bin yen ödedik. Bizim için fiyatına göre iyi bir konaklamaydı.

Pros: Konumu iyi, 2 farklı metro istasyonuna 5 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Narita Havalimanından 2 aktarma ile (kişi başı yaklaşık 1500 yen, çocuklar yarı fiyat) 1,5 saatte eve ulaştık. Binaya yakın, 24 saat açık Family Mart ve 7 Eleven Marketleri ve restoranlar var. Biz çocuklu bir aile olduğumuz için gitmedik ama hemen arka sokaklarında gece hayatı çok hareketli. Ev kirli değildi ama kendi havlunuzu kullanmak daha iyi olabilir, banyo ve tuvalet temizdi. Son gün evde yatakta yatarken çok büyük bir hamam böceği tavanda tepemizde geziyordu ! sanırım balkon kapıları açıkken girdi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi geniş, 2 adet balkonu ve şehir manzarası var. Evin içerisinde çamaşır makinası yok ama binada jetonlu makinalar var. Kiralayan kişi ilgili, iletişim sadece booking üzerinden sağlanıyor ve mesajlara hemen cevap veriyor. Klima kumandası Japonca olduğu için bir ara çalıştıramadık ve kendisine mesaj attık, hemen birini göndererek yardımcı oldu. Teşekkür ederiz.

Cons: Havlular temiz hissi vermiyordu. Balkonlar dağınık, temizlenirse ve ilaçlanırsa eve hamam böceği girmez diye düşünüyorum.

Pleasantly perfect

Pros: The owner gave great instructions for checking in and was available to support throughout our stay. The location is great, the views from the balcony are amazing, the room was very clean with comfy beds and essentials were provided. We had a lot of luggage, so the bigger space here compared to most other options was very nice to have. I would definitely stay here again! :)
