Comfortable

Pros: Easy to locate, walking distance to Shinjuku train station, responsive owner, accommodations are all complete.

Cons: There's no space to open your luggage, so I open them on the bed instead and had to close/open repetitively.

Perfect for students

Pros: The area was perfect if you yearn for the city experience. Close to metro, shops and everything in between.

Pros: Having lived in a 1k apartment in Japan, this property was everything I expected. We travelled with daypacks minimising space. The apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay. Having a washing machine was great.

Cons: There was no hot water on arrival. It was quickly resolved.

I am happy with what I paid for. Host was easy to reach and instructions were very clear.

Pros: The place has everything I need down to the smallest details. There are all the essentials that you don't get from hotel stay. The washing machine inside the unit was very thoughtful.

Cons: I wish the wifi could be more stable. My family and I had travel esim so it didn't really matter for us but If you don't I suggest to have your own data.

Pros: - The location was great - about a 4-minute walking distance from Shinjuku 3-chome station and 11-minute walk from JR Shinjuku station. It was also by a main street so it was easy to pick a taxi. - The room was clean and the beds were quite spacious - although the toilet area was a bit narrow. - The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth.

Cons: - The entrance was a bit narrow. While the beds were spacious and nice, they filled up most of the room space, so it was difficult to find space to open or store our suitcases. - Sometimes, late at night, the main street (right next to the building) was loud.

Pros: bed's were big and comfortable, excellent communication, the staff are great no hassles, big washers and dryers

Pros: Location, good value for money, decently confortable for 3 people although it's small, but it has a balcony

Cons: Cleaness was ok but a little under the standard

Pros: Chambre propre, literie confortable, un peu serré à 4 mais c’était très bien. Salle de bain au top. Laverie à dispo pour pas très cher du tout dans le bâtiment au RDC avec sèche linge donc c’était top! Très proche du métro et pratique pour se déplacer même à pied pour certains quartier comme Sinhjuku.

Pros: The location was amazing in the middle of a lot of subway stations and restaurant, convenience was amazing!

Cons: Other guest was really loud in the hallway which echos into the room in the morning. Was woken up quite often due to loud noise from other visitors
