Cosy and well located

Pros: the quiet location close to everything the cleanliness the comfortable bed the prompt reply to my messages when I had difficulty opening the door

Cons: the key was temperamental sometimes I could withdraw it easily sometimes with great difficulty

Would recommend for 2 people

Pros: Everything was perfect in the apartment. We had a good bed for 2 people, ideal as a couple. The Aircon worked fine, same for the fridge. The bathroom is pretty small but that's okay. Very good price/quality room, would recommend. The best part is of course the location. Center of Shinjuku yet very quiet area and also close to multiple subway stations. The owner of the apartment is very kind and gave us all the proper information.

Cons: The bathroom is pretty small, but that's fine. You dont get a change of linens but if you're clean you wont be needing it anyway. Would not recommend it for 3 people though, too small in that case.

Loved it!

Pros: Great location, and apartment is big compared to other rooms. My friends staying at Apa hotel had tiny rooms in comparison. There was even a surprise balcony behind the bed. Light filled, airy, and pretty quiet at night. The laundry is handy but be careful there are condoms in the vending machine not laundry powder haha. Bar Urakabuki opposite the laundry has a cute bartender on Wednesdays!

Cons: I had trouble finding the key! You need to head up to level 8, and its on the door there! Not related to the apartment, but the luggage lockers out front stole my money, no one came to the office, or picked up at the phone number provided. I couldnt find anywhere else in Shinjuku to store my luggage, so ended up going to the airport 8 hours early!

Pros: Apartamento pequeño pero bastante cómodo. Viajamos con dos maletas grandes y no nos resultó difícil la estancia.

Cons: La presencia del apartamento actualmente no se corresponde del todo con las fotos. Las fotos son del apartamento nuevo y en estos momentos está un poco deteriorado.

Pros: Tokyo’da çok soğuk günlere denk geldik. Oda binanın uç kısmında olduğu için nispeten soğuktu. Klima ile ancak ısınabildik. Balkon yatağın arkasında kaldığı için hiç kullanamadık. Konumu mükemmeldi.oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi.
