Great access.

Pros: Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages.

Cons: If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

Great value for money, close to Shinjuku and very comfortable.

Pros: It was very great value for money. The bathroom and bedroom was nice and was not a far walk from the centre of Shinjuku. It was very clean. Also, they had great communication over the text message.

Cons: Lack of staff.

clean, humble, homey place in a lively area.

Pros: place was very clean, private, and homey. the outside may seem intimidating but the inside was super cozy. host kept everything orderly, we enjoyed the minimal communication, but they were always available if we needed. surrounding area also had a lot to offer, and accessible in terms of groceries or good local food at all times. a bit of a walk to the train station, but the subnade made it easy and enjoyable.
