Value for money, good decent location.

Pros: Interior was nice, spacious enough for two without issues. Water heater is always working hot in this cold season. They even have Dyson hairdryer. Came with smart tv as well which is a nice thing to have!

Pros: It was nice to have a little space after using hotel rooms. It was a wonderful stay

Pros: The accommodation provided good comfort in a great location. A perfect place to stay in Shinjuku.

The staff were quick to reply to any messages or questions we had. The place was comfortable and had everything we neede

Very nice studio apartment

Pros: Amazing studio apartment at a great location. Everything you need is close, such as shinjuku-sanchome station and a nice supermarket. The apartment has a tv that you can connect with your phone, a microwave, water cooker and a stove. And best of all: a washer with detergent and softener! The bed is very comfortable, with nightlights built in, and plenty of pillows. The check in process was very easy, we got a guide before we came and got in smoothly.

Cons: There was no hook at the sink to hang a towel. Would've been easier. Not very sound proof. Sometimes we could hear our neighbours pretty loudly. Wasn't a big problem for us though.

Cons: Bathroom a bit small Not an hotel so you can’t leave your luggage there and pick up later, coin lockers are located at the station but fills up quickly

Pros: La ubicación es insuperable, zona tranquila en pleno Shinjuku. Se puede descansar bien por la noche y está muy cerca tanto del la estación de Shinjuku, el metro y a dos pasos de Kabukicho y Golden Gai. El alojamiento estaba limpio y muy bien equipado, todo esta muy bien cuidado, nos sentimos muy cómodos y como en casa desde el primer día. Además ante cualquier duda, responden a los mensajes rápidamente. Si podemos, repetiremos!

Cons: Nos resultó difícil encontrar la ubicación, y nos resultó un poco confuso el acceso en un primer momento.

Clean and spacious for many Japan locations!

Pros: Great location! So close to transportation, nightlife, food, and shopping! The washer and dryer Wi-Fi TV blow dryer bidet and heated toilet and shower were all new and easy to use when I do not speak Japanese. Everything was very clean and the floors were great. The spot has a convenient elevator for luggage even though it’s in a busy Area of the city we still got a good decent sleep, and didn’t hear much noise. We will stay again when visiting thank you so much and generally, we felt safe as 2 female travelers.
