Pros: Very spacious and modern apartment with hi-tech facilities. Comfortable beds. Good location, next to Hiroo station. Nice gadgets are available in the kitchen. Kimono on site as well.

Cons: Cold floor when checking in. I would kindly suggest that you preheat the apartment during the winter months before someone checks in. Also, sleepers would be nice.

Pros: Great apartment! Spacious and surprisingly bright for Tokyo, with large windows and tons of natural daylight even in winter. Compared to other places I stayed, the kitchen is relatively well equipped, with nice dishes and basics for eating in. And the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

Besides negatives we really enjoyed our 7 day stay.

Pros: The location was perfect for us, only a 10 minute walk from our daughters house, and very close to the train station.

Cons: Check in was difficult. Tablet wasn't working to do checking and get room code. Tried sending several messages through Booking.com. After no response had to get a Japanese speaker (son-in-law) to phone someone, who was very helpful. Would have been helpful if some instructions were available how to use facilities such as Bathroom drying, turning on hot water, and how, where and when to put out recycling.

CIEL was the favorite spot we stayed at. Loved the location and it is super spacious!

Pros: The size of the unit was wonderful for Tokyo and included a washer/dryer. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the train station, convenient stores and some restaurants. Host was very responsive when I emailed.

Cons: There wasn’t much of a view from our unit (which was fine because we mainly were there to sleep). The checkin process was a little tricky understanding the different codes needed. One is for the main door and another for your unit. But we figured it out.

Pros: Clean, good location and the unit was stocked very well with utensils and the essentials for bathroom kitchen. Overall very good experience

Cons: There should be instructions in English. Wifi password should be written some where in the unit or should be emailed prior to arrival. There were no curtains or blinds in the unit .

Wonderful apartment in a great area.

Pros: Perfectly comfortable for the 4 of us. New and clean with everything we needed. Excellent location close to train, cafes, bakery, restaurants. We loved it.
