Practical

Pros: We stayed here as a group and wanted to be in a central part of Tokyo. This place was very practical for that. It’s right by Roppongi-Itchome Station, so getting around the city was easy. We used both Narita and Haneda, and airport access was straightforward via the limousine bus from the nearby ANA InterContinental. We had read a few comments about self check-in and the shower layout beforehand, but neither turned out to be an issue. The instructions were clear, and communication in English was quick when needed. It’s not a new building, but it was clean, functional, and worked well for a group stay. If you care more about location and space than hotel-style service, this is a solid option.

Pros: We hesitated a little before booking because of a few comments we saw about check-in and the shower setup. It turned out to be fine. Check-in was straightforward and the instructions were clear. When we had questions, we got quick replies in English. The apartment felt bigger than the photos and it worked well for our group. Having multiple bathrooms/toilets helped a lot, especially in the morning. The shower layout is a bit unusual, but the privacy curtains were already there, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The location is very convenient — near Roppongi Crossing, close to trains, convenience stores and lots of places to eat. We had no problem walking around at night. It’s not a new building, but it was clean and everything was in good shape. For a group, it was much easier than booking several hotel rooms. We’d stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is located in the heart of Roppongi, with two subway lines easily accessible. A 7-Eleven is located opposite the apartment, allowing us to pick up snacks, beer, or food to enjoy in our room. The owners were very attentive, allowing us to check in early, allowing me to leave my luggage and get going, which helped me plan my itinerary. They were also very kind. They provided welcome coffee, tea, and water. If we ran out of coffee, we could request it the next day. The owners sent us a large amount of coffee, and we were very happy.
