Pros: Location, staff and layout. This was all exceptional. Will recommend to others and would stay again.

Cons: Number of plates and cutlery for a family of four. Having to take luggage (long term travelling) up narrow and steep stairs. Would be fine if you were travelling light.

便利で快適でした

Pros: 部屋が綺麗で明るくてとても良かったです。家族で泊まりましたが、ベッドが2台ずつ個室に分かれているのも良い！洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があって、長期でも快適に過ごせそうでした。地下鉄駅から本当に歩いてすぐなので、移動が非常に便利でした。

Cons: トイレが見た目綺麗なのに臭くて、換気扇が動いているのにずっと下水の匂いがしていた。他がすごく良かったのでもったいない。

Pros: 住宿地點非常優秀，出地鐵站只需一分鐘內即可到達附近也有便利商店，對面有麵包店有提供洗衣機(還附帶洗衣精，非常貼心)，很便利。隔音也很好，讓我們有非常好的住宿體驗。

Cons: 有電梯會更好，但已經很優秀了。

Very clean, tastefully decorated apartment conveniently located near the Iriya stop

Pros: Tastefully decorated, very clean, well equipped apartment perfectly situated next to the Iriya stop on the Hibiya line. We liked the neighborhood - it was quieter and less touristy than some of the other areas we stayed. There were convenience stores, a couple of bakeries, and a grocery store a block away.

Cons: Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. If you have mobility issues or lots of bags you may want to find out if a lower floor unit is available before you book.
