Comfortable beds and modern

Pros: We liked the size of the room and the beds. It fit our family of 7 comfortably. We enjoyed the families and felt it was super clean and modern.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent will consider again

Pros: 1. apartment concept (love going to supermarkets and there are a couple within walking distance) 2. friendlier cost compared to similar 3. spacious 4. cloud check-in / check-out 5. large trash bins 6. washing machine

Cons: for the bed near the window it gets frosty (winter time) but if you turn on the heater too high, other people will complain

Clean and convenience

Pros: Love the self check-in. Great place for one night stay for our group and all the essentials are provided.

Excellent Stay

Pros: Clean & equipped . Short walk from/ to Iriya station (exit 3). The most comfortable stay among the 3 accommodations we had this trip. Quiet lesser crowd neighborhood.

Cons: Abit far to Tokyo central area. But with metro it’s easy to get around.

Overall, excellent accomodation for families and groups. Great location and very clean and well furnished rooms.

Pros: The family room had plenty of space for 6 adults to move around. Fully furnished with nice facilities, including a washing machine. The neighbourhood itself was very quaint and peaceful, being only 20 minutes walk away from Asakusa and plenty of local grocery stores, cafes and konbinis. Although a bit out of way, for going to places along the Yamanote line, having the Hibiya and Ginza lines close by was also very convenient and not difficult to navigate. Check-in and check-out processes were very quick and easy too.

Cons: When I messaged about having luggage delivered to and from the hotel, I was told that that service was not available at the hotel which was understandable considering the only time I saw staff at the reception area was at night for a few hours. However at the reception area, I noticed quite a few bags either delivered by the Yamato delivery service or left there to be picked up OR stored there with luggage locks. I never got a chance to ask, but something that other guests can ask as delivery services make travel so much easier.

Will stay in this place if coming with a bigger group

Pros: The room is spacious for a group of 4. The location is quite convenient too. My mom likes the availability of washer.

Cons: Lack of personnel. No housekeeping even stay for 6 days

Cons: Beds were not so comfortable (too hard) and needed ask to take out trash and replace tissue papers or toilet paper.
