Great and clean accommodation located really conveniently. However, the narrow staircase would be a challenge for those

Pros: Love the location of the accommodation. Quiet yet still accessible to nearby convenience shops. Very conveniently location to the train station which is only a stop away from Shinjuku. It is also about 10 to 15 mins walk to the Korean town which has a lot of food options.

Cons: The place is a little old but still maintain really well. The narrow staircase is a challenge as we have quite a big luggage.

Amazing location and really comfy stay.

Pros: We love Okubo and we've stayed here for 4 times already and discovering this accommodation was like finding a gem! The location is awesome being so close to everything you need.

Cons: Sometimes the drain in the bathroom smells funny but it didn't us that much so it's okay. :)

Pros: Very clean and the facilities are excellent. Amenities are well provided included laundry detergent. Host attention to detail anticipating what a guest needs is admirable.

Clean, spacious, great location

Pros: - not far from main roads, yet very very quiet. - more spacious than I imagined - immaculately clean - looks new and fresh - help staff (I forgot my charger and they promptly let me know) - allowed me to extend check out (with an additional fee)

Cons: - I had trouble with the combination lock, however I was quite drunk from a night out with friends. Unfortunately I had to message and disturb the owner (?) at about 4am…. He arrived in 10 minutes to help me.

Perfect!

Pros: Lovely room with all the facilities to make it comfortable. Washing line outside of window above couch was perfect too. Just wish we had found it sooner. Only 15 mins walk from Shinjuku station and the shopping district. Loads of konbinis and places to eat close by.

Cons: Can't fault this accommodation at all. Perfect for our 3 days in Tokyo as first timers.
