Pros: A very communicative and hospitable host, allowed us to check in early on request. Small apt perfect for groups up to 4, very close to ikebukuro station so accessible to the rest of the city. Thanks so much!

Overall great stay. Would love to stay again next time. Prepare to walk 10-12 mins to station.

Pros: Good values on two bedrooms and the toilet being separated from the shower is a big plus for family of 4. Good to wash clothes in the apartment but no drying function, we found a laundry mat 5 mins away to dry clothes after washing. Comfortable beds as pillows. Host responds very fast, held our luggages for 2 extra hours after checking out because we had an evening flight.

Cons: A little far from the station. Washing machine doesn’t have the drying function. 2 bath towels and face towels were provided. We went to the market to get our own towels.

Pros: It has everything we need. Separate room, washing machine (no dryer, but we did 3 hours spin and the cloth is almost dry), microwave, kitchen, umbrella, etc. Amazing place at this price point.

Cons: Sound proof between rooms is non-existent. The air condition was randomly turned off. Bed sheets, and blankets are old and a bit itchy.
