Pros: The location is very convenient. The apartments are large. There's an elevator. The staff is very friendly and helped us with all our questions.

Cons: We need some plates and cutlery when we eat some food from the minimart, but they cannot provide.

Very good for the first time in Tokyo.

Pros: Very easy to access. Close to Ikebukuro Station. Sunshine City Shopping Mall is very convenient with many shops and restaurants. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: It would be good to have some utensils, like plates and cutlery.

Very clean, modern and convenient to the train station. We loved our stay there.

Pros: The room we had, though small and compact, was very clean, modern and conveniently close to the train station and provided everything we wanted. The accommodation was not a hotel as such, but rather a block of rented apartments. There were no staff there for checking in and checking out, but Greg provided us with all the information via WhatsApp in gaining access to, and checking out of the apartment complex. It was a very pleasant stay for us at a very reasonable price and hassle-free. I will stay there again if I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended

Cons: I am familiar with Tokyo so finding the hotel was not difficult. Having some sort of signage at the entrance might be helpful.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room with enough space for a family of 4 with kids. Stayed twice on my trip and was satisfied on both times. Apartment was opposite Sunshine city and easily walkable to 2 train stations. Value for money for an apartment with 4 beds

Pros: I really liked the room, it was modern and spacious, the location was great, close to the walking street area and the train station. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Tokyo.

Pros: Location was excellent! A couple of blocks away from the happenings but quiet enough that we didn’t feel disturbed

Cons: No heating and it was snowing outside so we just have to wear hoodies indoor and while sleeping, and we’re Canadians, so it’s not like we’re afraid of the cold… would have no problem staying there in other seasons

Pros: 地點還不錯，過馬路就是sunshine city 商城，住宿空間滿大的，有洗衣機，但要記得先去買洗衣粉。

Cons: 有廚具但沒有鍋子跟餐具是滿奇怪的，因此失去一項優勢，很可惜。

이케부쿠로라면 여기 숙소 좋아요

Pros: 여러번의 일본 여행 중에 제일 좋은 숙소였습니다. 4인 가족이 쓰기에 좋았습니다. 4개의 침대와 별도 세면대. 분리된 화장실까지. 그리고 이케부쿠로 역에서 도보로 8분 내외이구요. 숙소 주변에 맛집도 많습니다. 스태프의 빠른 대응으로 편안하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 강력추천드려요. 감사했습니다

Cons: 난방기 리모컨 작동법을 잘못해서 하루 고생했네요ㅋㅋ 강하게 트는 법이 있었습니다

Pros: For our purposes it was a great location. It was very clean and quiet.

Cons: There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave, but no dishes or utensils to take advantage of it. There are virtually no English explanations for the clothes washer, how to dry, etc. My wife accidentally set off the alarm when trying to let our son in at the front door for a visit. Nice place but how do non-Japanese travelers use it?
