Pros: This place was big enough to fit my family of seven

Cons: The stairs are very narrow, wasn’t safe for the kids and grandparents.

A hotel in the heart of Shinjuku that still offers quiet and privacy

Pros: The pickup process for getting out keys was simple. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa with 4 adult men. For us it was a great size and let us store our luggage in one of the bedrooms and then sleep in the other two. The rooms says it can fit up to 13 people which would be very crowded. Location in Shinjuku was great. We were about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station but the property was situated in a more residential area, so we still felt like we had privacy and it was quiet at night.

Cons: The showering facilities were starting to show signs of age. They still worked fine but were nothing fancy. The balcony area was to small to put a chair out on and sit. Standing room only.

Pros: This place is centrally located, a short walk to Shinjuku. Well equipped and comfortable. I booked the NY Cottage, but the place we checked in is actually LA3 Hotel, which is 3 minutes walk away from NY cottage(that is the address on the booking site).Both are managed by same Wanokaede hotel. The pictures depicted on booking.com is actually that of LA3 hotel but some of the pictures are not that of LA3 hotel. It caused some confusion when i booked a airport transfer cab using the booking.com app as the taxi driver actually waited at NY cottage address (as stated in the booking.com site) 😬

Cons: Correct info of the property address would be helpful. Firmer pillows would be nice.

Great property and location. We would stay here again.

Pros: Our kids loved the play room with a ping pong table and darts. Clean with lots of rooms for our large group. Elevator was great for my aging parents and for moving luggage up floors. Convenience store right around the corner and underground subway entrance a few blocks away. Reception was able to receive our forwarded luggage and held our bags after check out before we headed to the airport.

Cons: Trash sorting bins not well defined. Laundry machine only washer - would have been nice as a combo dryer.

Pros: Clean space. Enough space for every in the group. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Fridge was full size. Close walk to Shinjuku night life. Close to train stations.

Cons: Multiple Address given for check-in. My group went to several addresses that was listed during booking, all near the check-in location, but it would be nice to be more clear on where to check in,
