Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment in central Tokyo. Great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Bathroom and WC cramped and basic. Not a deal breaker but would have improved our stay

Ok apartment central in Tokyo.

Pros: Rooms in Japan are not so big but this appartment was ok. Location is very good and next to subway and shops and restaurants nearby. Staff willing to accomodate wishes

Cons: desk space small. Seating chair does not fit in the room

Pros: Clean, comfortable and great location. Our room was spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. The washing machine and little kitchen facility in our room was very handy. Good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Pros: Staff was helpful and hospitable, always greeted us with a smile. They speak perfect English, which was great for us because we do not speak Japanese. The location was in quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but close to all important sites. We would often walk and not use public transportation. A few lines of public transportation are just 5 minutes away, so that was great. The room is very clean and comfortable, with all the appliances you could need. All appliances are very high quality, not the cheap ones hotels usually use.

Cons: The only minus is the lack of natural light in the room. The window is close to the adjacent building, so not a lot of light can pass through.

Pros: VERY FUNCTIONAL AND GREAT TO HAVE AN OWN LITTLE KITCHEN CLOSE TO TRANSPORTATION VERY HELPFUL STAFF

Comfortable and easily accessible

Pros: After arriving late into Tokyo it was great to have reception available for our arrival. Property was exactly as pictured, clean and room accessible by lift. So great to have a washing machine in the room. There is a metro station a very short walk away and other lines nearby too for easy access to all areas of the city.

Perfect for families with small children and super close to central Ueno

Pros: Great stay for our family with two boys under three years old. We had everything we needed from a small kitchen, friedge, microwave for those konbini runs to Familymart right across the street to a washing machine, big bed for all four of us, sofas to relax in and a perfect location with only 10 minutes walk with a stroller to the central part of Ueno. Staff was also very helpful in preparing af children’s bed before our arrival and the communication is quick, clear and in perfect English. They even helped filling out the papers for shipping our luggage from Familymart to our next stay in Osaka. Aaaalso they are just a superior young team with different nationalities, all with great smiles and helpful attitude. They also have great insight of the area and we got some great recommendation to where the best Matcha lattes were.

Cons: That we couldn’t stay for even longer! We’ll be back in a few years.

Great comfortable stay with a family

Pros: Very spacious for four. Well equipped. Clean. Very comfortable. Quiet Courtesy umbrella was useful Staff were very helpful and friendly Washing machine was a blessing

Cons: Had to pay extra for the kids, using sofa beds in the same room. Only standard tv channels.
