Lovely stay.

Pros: Place was clean and beds were comfy. Washing machine was convenient. Lighting was welcoming. Duckie sponges were a nice touch for the kids. Location was central in Ueno, which is great, lotsa food options nearby.

Cons: Gap behind washing machine was too big, we think we dropped something but wasn’t sure. The bunk bed railings were too short and we think it is abit dangerous for anyone to sleep so high up with such short railings. Can have more space to put luggage and clothes.

Amazing

Pros: It felt like home. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean and has garbage services everyday. Got washing machine so we can easily wash our clothes without searching for laundry store. Bonus point is easily accessible with okachimachi station and ueno station. Near ameyoko street which is just walking distance. Cant get enough of this place 😍

Pros: Everything was amazing during my stay and i will most definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Japan.

Pros: Thee absolute best place to stay! Central to most things including shopping and train station! The staff were so lovely and the room was great for five of us. Very clean and quiet accommodation. Vending machine was perfect for those early morning coffees.

Cons: I didn't like that I had to leave

Pros: It is clean, compact, and complete with facilities, especially the washer/dryer. It is very conveniently walking distances to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping.

Happy to stay again!

Pros: The staff are really lovely. Tea of the day Close to the train station Close to shops and restaurants. Lawson across the street Akihabara is also a short walk Can do self catering & laundry.

Lovely place, nice personnel

Pros: The apartment was nice (modern and complete) and very centrally located. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time here

Cons: It was a bit noisy from airco and train (after learning how to use the airco better it was less noisy) Cleaning behind and besides the beds could be a little better

Great apartment in a good location.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and had a good bathroom, comfortable beds and a dining table with enough chairs for everyone. Close to a train station, food, shopping and markets. Could store our luggage which was very helpful so we could explore on our last day as we had a very late flight.

Cons: Could hear the trains from the room but we knew we were close to a train line.

Pros: Loved Everything! From location, Staff, facilities and comfort! Felt like a little among away from home. The washing machine within accommodation is truly a plus point for added convenience!

Cons: Pillow too thin. I placed three yukata below to make good.

Pros: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—close to train Station, shops, and local eateries. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were responsive. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for convenience and comfort in Tokyo.
