Pros: although the location is a bit hard to find the Shinkoiwa house by Harashima was a wonderful stay! very beautiful home and only 20mins away from the Shinkoiwa station. a great place for anyone trying to find comfort away from the heart of the city but within a reasonable distance if you did want to explore Edogawa and deeper into Tokyo.

Cons: the washer and dryer did not work as intended, clothes were left fairly damp so we were lucky it was a sunny day to hang dry our clothes. the address can also get confusing for taxis.
