Good price for those willing to be in the outskirts of Tokyo!

Pros: Good price for a whole appartment quite close to center Tokyo. Easily accessible with the JR line, only a ten-minutes walk from the closest station (Shin-Koiwa). The room has seen better days but, for a short stay, it was comfortable. Fully online reservation so no contact with employees, fortunately I didn't require it.

Pros: Clean facility, instructions were clearly said in english and can do self check in. Good bathroom and toilet, bathroom had awesome ventilation unit. Helped with drying clothes in a rush in the morning. Loved the dimmable light.

Cons: That it is not my own place.

Cozy space in great location with everything you need!

Pros: Within 10 minute walk to the train station and plenty of shops around. The staff was responding promptly and very kindly - we asked for a later check out as we were taking an overnight bus that evening and they were very polite about it. The space has everything you might need - a rice cooker, hair dryer, towels, good quality cosmetics, microwave, AC etc. Bathroom space is small, but nothing unusual for Japanese standards. What I loved is how cozy and clean the space was. Definitely would come again:)

Pros: - Location située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la station - Chambre bien équipée - Propriétaire fort sympathique, très à l’écoute et attentionné

Pros: Quartier agréable, logement conforme aux attentes, propre et fonctionnel, check in facile

Cons: Les murs ne sont pas très épais, on entendait facilement le voisinage même si ils ne parlaient pas si fort

Pros: Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Vous avez tous le nécessaire pour un long voyage avec de quoi lavé et étendre le linge, vous préparer des repas. En plus d'être plutôt bien situé car a 10min d'une gare qui vous amène facilement a différents endroits de Tokyo dont en moins de 15 minutes a akihabara. Vous aurez sur le chemin une route commerçante avec tous le nécessaire ce qui est vraiment pratique. Vraiment un bon logement.

Cons: Nous avons fait le choix des futons Afin de gagner de la place quand on les range, Ceci ce sont avéré plutôt fin, a certain déjà eux dans d'autres logements donc peut potentiellement déranger certaine personne.
