Pros: Very nice space, close to a few conbinis and restaurants, very peaceful neighborhood. the metro was a 10 to 12 minute walk.

Great base for our Tokyo stay

Pros: Great apartment with good facilities. Compact space but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for exploring Tokyo - a little out of the centre but the train station was only a 15-20 min walk away through a lovely quiet neighbourhood and we found it easy to get everywhere we needed. The apartment was clean and the washing machine was a bonus!

Cons: Very compact kitchen facilities. Single hob and only one frying pan limited what we were able to cook and there was no preparation space but this was similar to other apartments we stayed at in Japan.

Passionate Owner Comprehensive Amenities

Pros: Normally I don't like to write review but I feel I must compliment this owner for being the most comprehensive operator I have ever seen. Definitely put a lots of passion & details until I can't fault it for location slightly inconvenient if you carry a big luggage & the bed a bit smaller for comfort. Everything was beyond my expectations of a home stay. More like a complete home. From toothpaste, face wash, toothbrush, 2 in 1 laundry detergent, warmer in bathroom for faster clothes drying, ample toilet paper etc. If got 10 I would give 11 for score. Food choice was plenty around the whole area. Travelling from there to most of the great locations like Shimbashi aka Ginza Shibuya, Tsukiji, Ronpoogi, was very convenient as same train line. Sobu & yokosuka line (light blue line).

Cons: Bed mostly. But for that rate you couldn't fault it. Might be wise for visitor to use taxi to this apartment if you have big luggage. And the staircase might be a bit tight for carry up big luggage. But if you are average size. It shouldn't be any problem at all.

Great little home-style stay for us

Pros: Close to alot of restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. Clean, safe, well equipped and modern amenities.

Cons: The chopping board was visibly dirty and mould was present; shower curtain wasn't long enough.

Pros: Beautiful place with heaps of space in such a small apartment. Owners were super nice and helpful with all questions.

Cons: Nothing.

The owner is warmhearted and easigoing. We arrived early in the morning, they managed an apartment to let us stay in.

Pros: Comparatively small but cozy. Clean and well equipped with laundry machine, which is really important for a summer vacation. Not far away from the Edogawa River, with beautiful sunset view. A little bit far away from the JR station.

Cons: It is uncovenient for a tourist get connection with the owner. Hopefully the booking app would be developed to be more easily to get in touch with the manager.

Regarding the price a perfect apartment which got all your needs covered!

Pros: Everything was clean, you get a big apartment with a tidy bathroom, washing machine, a corner to cook at wich has you covered with a pan and utensils! a fridge and a balcony. I was happy with every aspect of this place Instructions were very clear and I got all my questions quickly answered

Pros: Era muy bonito ,amplio y limpio, estaba ubicado a minutos del metro y tenia serca zonas comerciales.

Pros: Bien équipé, parfait pour un court séjour. Petite résidence bien sécurisée.

Cons: Le lit s'affaissait côté canapé.

Pros: The room was clean and well-equipped. I especially liked that there was a laundry machine. The check-in process was easy and convenient – it’s self-service, so you can check in even late at night. However, it might be a bit hard to spot the building at night. The walkway to the accommodation is spacious and quiet, with very few cars passing by.

Cons: This place may not be ideal for travelers with large suitcases. as the walk from the station takes about 14 minutes, and There is no elevator, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, and the hallway space is limited.
