Really nice place to stay with friends

Pros: The rooms are really spacious, we were five people with two suitcases each and we managed. Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was really easy and clear. The neighbourhood it's also nice, it's not busy or crowded, so it's pretty quiet and calm during the day, but next to the station there are a few good bars, we had two really fun nights out.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small, and it's pretty far away from the centre, but the train station it's close and the jr line connects with the important stations just fine

Really quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Pros: The room was clean but really small, for the family of 4 we could barely move there. It was located a bit further from the centre and main touristic spots, still quite close to the metro station. The neighbourhood was really quiet and safe. Bathroom was fine, with towels, shampoo, soap. Kitchen was also well equipped. Washing machine was available for additional fee on a different floor. AC, refrigerator was working fine.

Cons: Really small room.

Koiwa is a fantastic spot to visit.

Pros: Great area to explore.. If you love a great pizza Cona pizza is the bomb 💣.. Cheap ¥200 washing machines, dryers close by @ laundry mat..Vending machine just outside.

Cons: Very small unit, but the four of us made it work...

Pros: Good location, plenty of restaurants around the area and a 10min walk to the station. Mattresses were comfy, but the pillows could do with an upgrade.

Cons: Like most Tokyo apartments, there not much space around the beds, so not a lot of room for luggage etc, but it’s manageable.

Comfortable, clean with lots of train travel.

Pros: Really easy self check with just a code provided, giant comfortable beds with towels, toiletries and even extension cords provided for your convenience! Has a fridge, microwave, stovetop and tv too.

Cons: The location is the only thing that lets this property down, if you’re planning on seeing sights around Edogawa/Koiwa (such as Disney world) then it’s perfect. However if you’re like me and are more interested in the vibrant night life in Shibuya and Shinjuku, then perhaps consider other properties as it takes around 40 minutes by train to get there from this hotel.
