Fantastic trip!

Pros: Fantastic location and the host is lovely - super friendly and helpful.

Pros: It's so close to Shinjuku but far enough that you get a quiet nights sleep. Great size, the hosts couldn't do more for you. Highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of November 25. We had a lovely time, the host is amazing. He came and picked us up from the metro station (and he gave us a lift when we departed!), gave us water, coffee, juice anytime he saw us during our stay. The first night, he also suggested a couple of places to eat at, as we arrived really late and everything was closed. We have never felt more at home and cared for. Would definitely book again! The place is really close to both Shin Okubo and Okubo stations.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Perfectly located ryokan style accommodation , exceptional host.

Pros: Traditional Ryokan style accommodation, well equipped with everything you need. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of Shinjuku and close to the Yamamoto Line which runs Ito all major stations in Tokyo. Exceptionally helpful and friendly host who picked us up from the station and also dropped us back there when we left, handing us canned coffee and bottled water as we departed. Can’t speak highly enough of him! Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. Everything as expected.

Exceptional Hospitality

Pros: The owner of the house was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even took the time to pick us up from the station and bring us back upon check-out. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The area is also quiet and conveniently close to the station. Overall, our experience was superb! I highly recommend this place.

Pros: The apartment was perfect, it has everything that you need, and was also really comfortable and clean. It was also in a really good location, very close to the city centre and to the subway, but still in a quiet area. The host was exeptionally kind and helpful, he took us from the station after our long flight and explained everything. I would definietly recommend it if you are visiting Tokyo!

Very pleased with our choice for our first trip to Tokyo

Pros: The host was exceptionally polite and attentive and insisted on giving us a lift to the station on departing. The location was extremely quiet even though it was in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. It was very handy to be walking distance to both rail and subway stations. It was our first experience sleeping in tatami mats but we found it comfortable enough. The accommodation was spacious and great value for money.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The host is super friendly, he was very kind to accept an early check in due to our luggages. He also gave us a lift to the trian station even thought our train was very early. He is such an amazing host! The apartment is comfortable for 2 people. We really appreciate that it s fully equipped with everything you may need. It was very clean and it was nice to experience a local lifestyle with tatami The location is very convenient , located less than 10 minutes from metro and jr stations, and 20 minutes from shinjuku so that you can walk there. We hope to come back soon to Japan and for sure we'll stay again here!

Pros: Great location, very peaceful and beautiful area but still close to the chaos of shinjuku, well connected. The appartment was clean and comfortable with strong ac and the owner was great, very kind and he took us from and to the station which was very helpful
