Absolutely great place to stay.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at STone Hotel Tokyo. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the station and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Communication with the staff was clear, quick, and very friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Very good location and value for money!

Pros: Very good location. Staff very responsive and respectful.

Cons: Size of apartment slightly smaller than expected. No bath tub.

Great!

Pros: The room is great. It’s big and clear. Japanese style room is really cool. And the location of hotel is near JR station. About five minutes walk. There are convenience store nearby.

A great apartment for a family of four to visit Tokyo - great location, all amenities we needed! Would recommend!

Comfortable, convenient and clean.

Pros: Very convenient location, with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and train stations nearby. I would recommend Pizzeria Enzo especially. Kitchen was small but well equipped. We didn't see the staff often, but wen we did they were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was no living room, but they did provide a small folding table and chairs that you could fit in the bedroom.

Cons: Some dust in the main bedroom that gets blown around by the vent system

Superb location, good value, great layout for families

Pros: Perfect size for our family of 4 - we loved the tatami mat room for the kids. Great location near the train station and lots of good restaurants. Well equipped for a short stay, great communication from management.

Great little hotel, really clean and well situated to allow us to explore Tokyo

Pros: Location was great for where we wanted to go and close to subway station. Two proper beds was ideal. Other hotels tended to only offer a double and a bed settee. Bakery across the road was excellent and hotel is close to good supermarket and other convenience stores. Apartment was exceptionally clean.

Cons: Would have liked proper seats in the room or some cushions.
