Good value, clean and comfortable with an extremely responsive and accommodating host.

Pros: 1. Spacious by Tokyo standards. Good size bedrooms with space to open up suitcases fully. Kitchen/dining area a little snug for 6 of us though 2. Having 2 toilets was a bonus; as was the use of the washing machine 3. Warm and comfortable 4. Location - quiet area and despite bedroom windows facing the main road, our rest was not disturbed. Convenience stores available within 3-5 minutes walking distance 5. Luggage storage facility at a nearby hotel also a bonus as it meant we didnt have to drag all our suitcases with us when we left Tokyo for 5 days 6. Exceedingly responsive host. Normally replies to emails within minutes

Cons: 1. Distance to the nearest metro a little far (especially in cold weather conditions), approximately 12-15 minutes walk. 2. Pillows could be better - the ones provided \

House away from home

Pros: Everything. The accomodation is like a house away from home. I basically do not miss anything from my place coz yko gives me almost everything i need here.

Cons: Location is a bit far off from nearest train station. That's basically it.

Pros: Location and elevator - enough space for a family.

Cons: Only 4 hard chairs to sit and a small lounge that was only suitable for a child to sit on.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment in central Tokyo. Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed our overnight stay while transiting through Tokyo.

Opción práctica y buena

Pros: Está a 15 o 20 min caminando de varias estaciones. La ubicación es práctica pues conecta con las líneas de metro que pasan por Tokio station. El departamento es amplio, limpio y cómodo. La zona tiene tiendas de autoservicio y parece tranquila.

Cons: Las camas estaban un poco duras, a pesar de que coloqué futones debajo de mi colchón no funcionó mucho. Les sugeriría hacer las camas más cómodas, con los futones tradicionales no hay ningún problema, se duerme bastante bien. Les sugeriría revisar el sellado de algunas ventanas pues aunque aparentemente están cerradas se cuela el aire helado y se siente frío aunque estén encendidos los calentadores.

Pros: 我們此次住在9樓，晚上可以欣賞夜景，還可以看到晴空塔，房間內部也很乾淨，還有各式餐具，微波爐，電鍋，瓦斯爐等等，很適合想要自己下廚的朋友！

Cons: 離車站有一點遠,走路約7~10分鐘，如果不想走路的話建議搭乘計程車或者公車會比較舒適！

Pros: It was spacious and had a good amount of amenities.

Cons: The beds were hard and the location was more isolated than I preferred, but it was good for the last few days of our trip to Tokyo to experience a Japanese home.
