Pros: The location was perfect and it was definitely a value for money stay. The room was very clean with all necessary amenities

Cons: I would appreciate a stronger hairdryer

The place is closed to Higashi nakano (by foot) and Shinjuku (by train). We really recommend it!

Pros: We liked that even if the place is Japanese size, the bed was big and really comfy! The place offers everything you need for a short stay. We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed it!

Pros: It's a small apartment all to yourself, with good metro connection. The bed was super comfy, there is a small kitchen with everything I needed, from a plug-in electric stove to a microwave. There is also a small ironing table and an iron in the cupboard. The bathroom has a bathtub which is great. All in all I loved it and felt very well rested every night

Pros: Big main room which was clean. Only thing I wish it had was the TV but for this price who cares? It was worth it!

Cons: There was no such thing.

Pros: Overall it is very good, staff communication is great, the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is not bad, though slightly far from the famous attractions, it is only a few minutes walking to train stations and convenient stores.

Cons: The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower, it is unstable and going through cycles. It is hot for 1 or 2 minutes and then becomes cold for about 30 seconds, before it comes hot again, this cycle continues and never settled down. We were lucky the weather is hot so it wasn't an issue for us, but it might be during cold seasons.

Great little place in Shinjuku

Pros: The location is really good, it's basically right next to Shinjuku, which is a major transport hub in Tokyo. The place is very clean and just very neat. There are even travel adapters provided. It's very thoughtfully decorated and just a very inviting and nice place to be.

Cons: Nothing, this place is great

Pros: מטבח מאובזר שכיף לבשל בו, הבעלים היה מאוד זמין וקשוב לשאלות שלנו, סופר שפתוח עד 12 בלילה דקה הליכה מהדירה ושתי תחנות מטרו מרכזיות במרחק הליכה קצר מהדירה

Cons: המקום קצת קטן, אבל זה סטנדרטי ליפן לכן לא כל כך הפריע

Toller Aufenthalt in gemütlichem Appartement!

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Palasto Hostel. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war gut, mit super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Pros: The owner was very approachable! He answered really fast. The instructions for the check in were also really clear. It’s really close to the station and basic necessities.

Parfait!

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé avec toutes les commodités autour et 10 minutes en métro de Shinjuku. Il y a un lave linge et c’est très pratique. Les propriétaires ont été fabuleux et ont régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles… j’ai fait plusieurs locations ces dernières semaines et c’est, de loin, les personnes les plus disponibles et bienveillantes que j’ai vu.
