Shin-Koenji loft apartment close to Tokyo Metro14mins to Shinjuku

Pros: Cosy Apartment in a cosy and quiet street. The entire area is very peaceful. It's a great contrast to the louder and busier areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya center but still it is very good and easy connected to major spots in the city.

Cons: It's a bit small and there is no view from the window (ground level with view to the backyard).

Pros: Perfectly located, has everything you need inside and hosts where really responsive and nice with us.

Pros: Great location, close to Shin-Koenji and in a nice neighbourhood. Koenji is also walking distance which was great and made for a great shopping day. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Didn't have any issues with the bathroom/toilet, is a smaller space but works fine for me.

Pros: Fully equipped, hence the feeling it’s a tiny place but it’s not. The owner is super reactive and very friendly, helpful. 10’ walk from the first train station and 20’ from Koenji district which is a gem at night🤩🥳

I enjoyed staying here although some adjustemtns would have made my stay perfect :)

Pros: I liked the decor and the bed, so comfortable and cozy. The owner was sooo kind and sweet. Close to very cool vintage stores and cafes! I liked the nice toiletries too. Very clean place.

Cons: I thought the place was a bit closer to shinjuku, so my bad on not checking properly. The toilet is indeed super tiny, which owner did say sorry for. Because the place is a little bit small it gets dirty really quickly so I found that a small dust pan and brush would help a lot.

Pros: We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The studio is small but has everything you need, it’s super clean and the location is convenient since it’s a 10 min walk to the red line metro. There’s air conditioning for warm air, a floor heating system, hot water in the shower and a separate toilet. There’s also a washing machine which we used and hung up our clothes and they were completely dry when we got back to the studio (so I don’t understand people in the reviews saying you can’t use it…). The toilet is indeed small but my partner is 190cm/6.2ft and he fitted ok.

Pros: Very kind host, great location, very affordable, room has everything you need.

Pros: Beautifully located, clean, and responsive I had a great stay here! The location is stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape. The place is spotless, and the host replies very quickly to any questions. The room was comfortable with great ventilation — fresh air and natural light flowed in beautifully. Highly recommend!

Cozy apartment, great stay :)

Pros: Amazing location, only 15 minutes by walk to the Marunochi Line. Cute, little apartment. Quite small, of course, but in Tokyo this is the standard! It was very clean, cozy, had everything you need and Seline was attentive and responsive. I would recommend this accommodation for anyone traveling alone who does not want to pay a larger hotel fee but still wants some privacy (therefore trying to avoid accommodations like guest houses).

Cons: The apartment didn't have as much light as I would have wished (some other guests might not feel the same way as me, though)
