Pros: Room is very clean and wide more than i expected, near facilities

Cons: The stairs going up are quite steep. if your baggege quite heavy you need 2 person to bring the bag to your room.

Clean, conveniently located and has all you could need if you're one or two travelers.

Pros: Location was ideal, close enough to a major station and all the restaurants and stores you could need, yet far enough to be away from the noise and business of the more populated areas. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy, balcony wasn't too wide but great for unwinding at night or starting your morning overlooking the streets. Overall if you're wanting to explore Nakano and want to avoid the louder parts of Tokyo to come back to, this apartment is a great affordable option!

Cons: The stairs were a little steep and felt dangerous when carrying luggage up and down, but not an issue if you are careful. Very basics are only included, so this is more of a room recommended for people who will go out during most of the day/night, as there's not much you can do if you want to just stay in (which you shouldn't want to do anyways).

Excellent location, great price, large room, difficult stairs

Pros: Excellent location, lots of space in the room. Comfortable soft mattress and very soft pillows.

Cons: I knew before coming, but the stairs! If you’ve been to Matsumoto Castle, it’s a lot like the stairs there. Tall and steep and shallow stairs, with added tight corners. If you’re willing/able to carry your luggage up and down such stairs, this is a great place to stay for a great price. Just don’t bring two huge suitcases like we did! We had planned on just having a couple of little bags, but this was at the end of our trip and we bought more souvenirs than we’d planned.

Modern and minimalistic

Pros: The accommodation had everything we needed for a city trip to Tokyo and it is within walking distance to Nakano station. Access was very easy and room facilities were really new. We definitely recommend this hotel for a short or longer stay in Japan's capital. As long as you intend to be out in the city all day and not relax in the room there is everything you need. Modern and minimalistic and with a heated toilet seat and very very comfortable bed.

Cons: It's not that we didn't like the stairs but just as information for all considering this hotel, the staircase is very narrow and steep, so be careful with heavy and broad luggage.

Pros: The place was perfect for us and very tidy and comfy.

Cons: There was lot of noise in the street, I Think one of the window have to be changed. But it's the only down point. Thanks!

Nice and short but we enjoyed !

Pros: Nice place to go ! We were going to Nagano the day after and it is well located. The room for 4 was nice and comfy.

Pros: The room is comfortable and fairly spacious, very well positioned only a three minute walk away from Nakano station. Both the manager and cleaning crew have been very kind and accommodating to us, and quick to respond to any inquiry. Towels and basic toiletries are provided, and the mini fridge works great and kept our stuff nice and chilly. Noise is minimal, other than the occasional ambulance passing by I did not hear any noise from traffic outside. The position and price make these rooms a great catch for any tourist.

Cons: To keep in mind for people who might have issues with stairs, the building is very small and does not have space for an elevator, and the steps to go up to the rooms can be a bit steep, so make sure that is not an issue for you before booking.

Pros: The room is spacious as compared to typical hotels in Tokyo. The room is clean, and just a few minutes walk from train station. There are reasonably choice of food in that area and apparently one particular ramen shop is very popular with people queuing there almost mid-night.

Cons: The stairs step height is quite high and one has to be careful when carrying your luggage. Personally I found the bed is too soft.

Gran estadia y excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicacion es excelente, a pocos metros de Nakano Broadway y de la Estacion. El cuarto es muy grande y comodo. El anfitrion fue super generoso con nosotros.

Cons: El karaoke de al lado a veces se escucha, pero termina temprano, eso no es un gran problema. Las fotos de la habitacion mostraban un lavarropas y una terraza, sin embargo nuestro cuarto no poseía ninguna de las dos cosas. Igualmente todo esto fueron temas menores, tuvimos una gran estadia.
