Great stay

Great quiet stay

Pros: Great location to stay, we found some amazing food within walking distance. Staff were friendly and sssidted with my check in. Room was perfect for what we needed and the seperate shower bath room was great The room was so quiet we couldn’t hear anything outside or above us.

Pros: Had small kitchenette - location was close to kasai train station and bus station. Just opposite japanese grocery (24hr). 7-11 and family mart short walk away. KFC and mr donut and another bigger supermarket 5 mins walk away. Close to disneyland by taxi (approx 3000yen). Location was good.

Cons: Space was little smaller than expected. The instructions for use of stovetop and microwave not clearly specified. And auto light sensor was bothersome esp at night - kept turning on with slightest movement.

Full review of a pleasant stay in Minn Kasai

Pros: The check-in, check-out routine was done online with very little staff engagement. Whole procress was smooth and easy. Staff assistance is also available when required. The location is conveniently situated next to a train station which can connect you to Tokyo Station or other train lines. It is also near to bus station which could bring you direct to Disneyland/DisneySea and Skytree City. Around the hotel are alot of eateries that are open till quite late. Nearby there is also a 24 hour Macdonald's in case you get midnight hunger pangs. Laundrette is also available, and only priced at 300 yen per wash and 100 yen per 30 mins dry.

Cons: Because the size of the laundrette is limited, sometimes you may need to queue if you wish to wash/drt your laundry. The dryer is also not very strong, hence may need a longer time for drying.

Pros: It was very clean and well kept. Unlike most hotels I've been to, there are enough hooks and hangers to hang towels and clothings. The entire space was well designed. One of the most comfortable experiences in a place away from home.

Cons: The staff via the webcam seemed to be distracted when we asked for tissues. He took really long to respond to such a simple request. Were we interrupting his online game? He did his job, though! The pillows are a little low and too soft. The clothing steamer is not easy to use.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this place. We'll come back.

Pros: Minn Kasai is by far the best place we have stayed in Japan. The room size was big for us plus it's very clean. Location was also excellent. There's a bus near the hotel that will take you straight to Disneyland or Disneysea. It's also close to the metro station and many convenience stores. There's a supermarket just in front of the hotel.
