Pros: Clean, spacious room and well maintained. They have public washing machine and dryer with no cost. Suitable for family. Location wise it's near Tokyo Skytree but a bit of walking to do if you rely on public transport. It's value for money if you don't mind to walk and want a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Location is not so convenient compare to others but if you don't mind it's a perfect, value for money accommodation.

Perfect for Tokyo!

Pros: This aparthotel was just what we needed whilst staying in Tokyo! There was more than enough room for us and a baby. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The check in process was easy and we also made use of the laundry facilities downstairs. The location is great - about a 15 min walk to Skytree! Overall, a great stay!

Cons: Nothing!

Great value for money, modern and spacious.

Pros: The raised bed is big enough for two regular adults. The door separating the futon bedroom and regular bedroom made the dual AC allow for dual temperatures suited to each room's occupants. The bathroom has clothes or larger item drying capabilities. The hotel also has free washing and drying machines with detergent. The cleaning service is every 5 days. There's enough towels for all occupants. The elevator made moving around with a baby easy. The check-in and out process is simple. The location of the hotel was great as it's quiet, has a family cafe and convenience stores close by and the walk to train stations and the sky tree is not long and fairly straightforward. The kitchen is fully equipped and the rubbish bins are quite big and extra bags are supplied. The unit is quite spacious for Japanese standard sizes. Toiletries were provided too.

Cons: There wasn't extra toilet paper. Everything else was perfect

Pros: Good location, reasonably priced, modern, comfortable bed.

Cons: Nowhere to sit.

Pros: Great place to stay! You can either take the bus to the station or just a 15 min walk. Place itself was amazing. We were also able to store our luggage beforehand which was very convenient.

Pros: Facilities in the apartment are new and clean, with heating room in the bathroom for drying clothes. There is lift to all the floors. Washing machine is on the ground floor entrance. Location is good, 2 nearby train station, one with direct access to Narita airport. Skytree tower is within walking distance, there is a jogging path at the Sumida River.

Great but...

Pros: It was clean and the kitchen, bathroom were great.

Cons: We just couldn't sleep on the very thin futons on the floor. One was stained. Very thin pillows. This was disappointing as we're looking forward to an authentic Japanese. Experience. Also having to roll them up to have space for tge table was tedious and we really needed a chair.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable sleeping on the floor, very clean and nice bathroom.

Cons: no hair dryer, no washing machine.

Clean

Pros: Very clean. The staff is very responsive and polite. Instructions to pick up the key from the locker outside were clear.

Cons: Just a suggestion; A little something to sit on, be it foldable, would have be great.
