Quiet and clean with great facilities. Perfect for a long or short stay within easy walking distance to transport.

Pros: Clean and compact with everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to food within walking distance and other lovely sights.

Cons: We were a little surprised by the compact staircase and stairs. Considering our good fitness levels for young and old we did struggle a little going up and down 4 floors with luggage. This can’t be changed and we were advised of stairs and no lift.

Happy with the location, easy access to the Imperial Palace and train station.

Pros: The location was excellent, so close to the Imperial Palace and a nice Thai restaurant.

Cons: We have a nice big window but we couldn't open the curtain because of privacy from the neighbour's residence. There is no view from our room.

Spacious and good value for money

Pros: It was comfortable for a family of 4. Multiple family marts nearby and eateries. Close walk to Hanzoman station. Very clean.

Cons: Unfortunately , walking up with the luggages can be difficult but understand the building does not come with a lift.

Definitely a keeper for a repeat stay!

Pros: The apartment was perfect for a family of four. It had sufficient space and storage, kitchenette facilities were adequate, washer-dryer was super useful, beds were comfortable. Location was superb. Short walk to the Hanzomon station with 2 convenience stores nearby. It was ~20-min commute to most of the popular tourist spots.

Cons: The climb up four flights of stairs. But it is what it is.

Excellent and cozy stay!

Pros: This accomodation is very well located, in a calm area with many convenience stores nearby and there's only a 2 min walk from Hanzomon station which can get you to many areas of Tokyo easily (Shibuya, Skytree...). It was very clean and spacious for 3 to 4 people and the beds were comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful, and the check-in was easy. We loved our stay here it felt super cozy!

Felt safe and with 24/7 shops around we had ehat we needed. Even though no «big» supermarkets

Pros: Clean and had all we needed. As expected based on info and pics. Area ok and quiet, maybe missed a proper supermerket, but managed very well😊

Cons: Nothing to mention, but no elevator maybe a issue for some…
