Pros: Great area, lots of public transport access. Clean and spacious room. Easy check in process.

Great place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: It was a great place to stay close to shops, restaurants and train station, everything was walkable.

Great location, spacious and modern apartment with everything you may need for your stay.

Pros: The place itself exceeded our expectations! It's spacious (which is rare to find in Tokyo), modern, newly renovated, has almost everything a hotel would have (toiletries, slippers, towels). Washing machine is also a great bonus! We loved everything but unfortunately, during our stay the hot water system broke. However, the host was EXCEPTIONAL in arranging an alternative stay for the remainder of our trip - which was another apartment they had (even better in quality/value). They helped us move from one location to another at the time of our choosing, and even helped us with the suitcases. Despite the hot water hiccup, it did not change our impression of the place or host.

Best stay in Japan!

Pros: I can’t believe we found this gem of an apartment in Tokyo. The stay was so comfortable and it was amazing having this much space in the middle of Tokyo. If we came back we’d stay again.

Cons: The apartment needs a can opener.

Pros: Für Tokio großes Appartment, super ausgestattet, modern, neu und sauber. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit angenehmer Beleuchtung.

Cons: Man hört die Straße, das sollte man wissen.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wielkość pokoju, jak na warunki Tokio. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Doskonały stosunek ceny do jakości. Polecam na 100 %.

Cons: Nie mam uwag.

Pros: Dès l'arrivée, l'ascenseur pour monter 4 valises. Le grand dressing pour les entreposer durant le séjour. La propreté des lieux et des équipements modernes. Les lits frais et propres déjà préparés. La climatisation et la Wi-Fi impeccables. JR, restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Communication parfaite avec le propriétaire. En résumé, on a adoré cet appartement et le recommandons vivement :)

Cons: Rien

Great residential studio apartment near trolly line and bus stops.

Pros: Location was nice. This was in a residential area and the building was adjacent to a stream and greenway. The streets were filled with locals getting on with their lives. There is a supermarket near by (and next to the bus stop) where we got a few meals and other supplies. The soba restaurant across the street was great. Glad they had a dryer setting in the shower to dry clothes.

Cons: The sofa sleeper has a wooden panel, so if you need to use it, i recommend sleeping with your feet toward the back rest instead of how it is set up. There is only one available AC unit b/c the electrical load is too high with both, but it was enough to cool the whole area.

Pros: Estaba muy limpio y relativamente cerca del centro. De hecho fuimos andando.

初めての民泊でしたが、安心して過ごせました。

Pros: ちょうど寒波の時に利用しましたが、エアコンだけでなく、浴室にも暖房換気乾燥機があり、暖かく過ごせました。

Cons: 浴室の排水口にゴミ取りネットが巻いてあることで逆に排水が悪くなり、床に水が溜まるのがやっかいでした。
