A beautiful stay for my family of five, we enjoyed this place very much.

Pros: Clean, cosy and comfortable place. Conveniently located near the train station (5 minutes walk). There are many restaurants, supermarkets and grocery shops around the station vicinity. Small town feel and friendly neighbourhood.

Cons: Cable TV is available but it is not free.

Pros: The hotel is old style, clean, and full of equipment , The toilet is old style, without the bidet. The location is near Umejima station (note: You should choose the local train not the express train, because the express train does not stop at this station. Quiet place, near The Life Super Market, Ministop

Pros: The apartment is extremely clean and the location is super super convenient. Just a slight walk to a train station, where we can find restaurants and eateries, a supermarket, convenient stores and fast food. It is also quite strategically located to travel around Tokyo and visit all the tourist spots. Very happy with our stay.

Cons: It will be nice if a small light can be switched on at night at the walkway in 1st floor.

Pros: It's a short walk from the station to the room (about 3 minutes). The room was just as shown in the photos and was clean, so I had no problems during my stay. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants around the station, so it's very convenient. You can get to Akihabara and Ginza without having to change trains, so it's a great place for sightseeing.

Pros: Imali smo sve sto nam je potrebno za duzi boravak.Skoro kao kod kuce, ali jaoanske. Udobno i prakticno. Metro stanica je blizu, i u okolini supermarket, prodavnice, pekara, restorani. Stepenice su uske i strme, ako ste smesteni na spratu.

Cons: Nama nije smetalo sto namestaj nije nov. Sapun i sampon nam nisu prijali.

Perfect for family. Quiet residential area.

Pros: Clean, spacious for tokyo and good value for money - you get 2 bedroom and a living room for the price of central tokyo hotel. Only 5 min walk to the nearest train station Umejima which gives you access to the rest of tokyo. 40 mins by train to central tokyo. The area is quiet with supermarket 3 min walk away. Convenient location and neighbourhood.

Cons: Probably too quiet. For people who are not used to Japanese residential kind of quiet it feels like post apocalyptic quiet 😂 and the unit we had was on 2nd floor so we have to walk slowly not to make sounds on the floor that might bother the neighbour below.

Perfecto para descansar en Tokyo

Pros: A 3 minutos de la estación de umejima que comunicas con todo tokyo en minutos, camas cómodas, y todo equipado.

Cons: Que no tuviera el baño a lo acostumbrado a Japón, que para tantos días que estuvimos fuimos nosotros que tuvimos que pedir más toallas de cambio, la insonorizacion deja que desear cuando otros inquilinos no respetan las horas de descanso, falta de utensilios de cocina.
