Great location, clean,comfortable and friendly

Pros: Convenient location to Keisei liner and Shinkansen. Good value

Cons: It was fine but be aware there may be minimal space if you have a lot of luggage.

Pros: It is very close to Ueno station. The staff is able to speak English. They appreciate that you leave your room key at the front desk when you go out, which is gives you the peace of mind, that you will not lose it!

Convenient, comfortable, very near station

Pros: I stayed at a Japanese room at this hotel. What I liked about this hotel is the location which is visible as soon as I step out of Ueno station at Asakusa exit, thus very near to station. I like that it being a Japanese room, means that it has space…the staff comes in every evening to lay out the futon but during day time the futon was kept in the closet. The staffs were well versed in English and very helpful.

Cons: If it had a public bath within the hotel, then it would have made this stay even better!
