Enjoyable staying in okubo, very close to shinjuku

Pros: Amazing location, facility was well packed with necessities, property owner communicated well and made the whole process very easy. Was an incredible time staying here

Great stay, great location

Pros: Great stay, the place was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing : the neighbourhood was really nice and it was near the subway station

Fantastic bargain

Pros: Fantastic place - great value for money, we were very lucky to find it last minute. The location is very central, walking distance from Shinjuku and 3 minutes from Yamanote line stop. It’s lively but the apartment is quiet and cozy. It’s small but then again every room in Tokyo is small. I almost don’t want to write a positive review because I am sure that they could charge more for this place.

Cons: There is a sign on the entrance that vacantion rentals are not allowed. Washing machine is outside on the balcony :)

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage – wir würden sie bei unserem nächsten Tokio-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! 🌸

Pros: Der Standort!! Perfekte Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Bahnstation und Shinjuku zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für alle, die nicht auf den letzten Zug angewiesen sein möchten. Die Matratzen waren sehr gemütlich, was für uns immer ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Great experience

Pros: Very cozy and clean, owner was very good with communication. Washer dryer microwave fridge all available. Valuewise, you can't beat this especially for the great location only a few mins away from the train station. Would be surprised if this place isn't always booked out.. would highly recommend

Pros: Очень чистая квартира, свежее постельное белье. Очень хорошее расположение (близко к метро + близко к транспортному узлу Shinjuku). В квартире есть всё (фен, утюг, гладильная доска, микроволновка, посуда, интернет, тв, кондиционер, холодильник, балкончик, собственная ванна, все принадлежности для душа(шампуни и т.д). Удобное самостоятельное заселение. Спасибо Very clean apartment, fresh bed linen. Very good location (close to metro + close to Shinjuku transport hub). The apartment has everything (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, dishes, internet, tv, conditioner, fridge, balcony, private bath, all shower accessories (shampoos, etc.). Convenient self-check-in. Thank you so much とても清潔なアパート、清潔なベッドリネン。非常に良い立地（地下鉄に近い、新宿交通ハブに近い）。アパートにはすべてが揃っています（ヘアドライヤー、アイロン、アイロン台、電子レンジ、テレビ、コンディショナー、冷蔵庫、食器、インターネット、バルコニー、専用バスルーム、すべてのシャワーアクセサリー（シャンプーなど）。便利なセルフチェックイン。本当にありがとうございました
