Perfectly positioned!

Pros: A short walk from everything in Japan, and hosts communicated any and all concerns with me timely. I irked well to accommodate our change in check in time as well!

Cosy and convenient spot

Pros: The location is very good. Just a few steps away are everything you need, from subway station, plenty of food options and shopping stores.it rained the whole day whilst we were there and the umbrellas furnished are very helpful to keep us dry and extremely thoughtful of the host.

Cons: The toilet in unit no 102 needs some air freshener to be furnished. The odor lingered for many hours and it was the only thing which I thought needed improvement. Also we arrived around 8pm and we could not locate the unit by our GPS. The address furnished wasn't accurate. It will be helpful to share the accurate location as we took more than 10 minutes to locate it after asking some random strangers on the street.

Great place to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Host is very accommodating!! The location is perfect and very near the train station!

Pros: Location is close to train stations and I really appreciated how much space there was for us, the washing machine was a plus as well. The host was super accommodating by letting us drop our bags off before check-in and quick to respond to my questions. There's a plethora of food and activities to do in the area too.

Cons: If anything I think the only issue I had with the property was that the walls were super thin, so I'd hear my friends walking on their way to the bathroom or chatting in other rooms which could make it hard to sleep. Otherwise I think it was a great stay.

Excellent!

Pros: - very close to the train line which was convenient - lots of restaurants and shops around location - don quijote only a few steps away - cleaner always takes care of our rubbish - owner responds to queries almost instantly

Cons: Mostly our stay was good but soundproofing needs improvement. Steps could be heard upstairs especially there were kids running around during the first few days of our stay.

Good location, 2 minutes to JR line. Heaps of convenience stores and restaurants.

Pros: Small but well presented. Tidy and clean. Easy access with key safe.

Cons: 2 separate small appartments without connection door. Headroom a hazard for people from 6 foot height. Lacks basics like sufficient dishes and cutlery etc.

Live like a local!

Pros: Location is wonderful. The family felt like we had a real weekend living as locals to the Shinokubo area. As two separate apartments, it divided us up perfectly for a four person family with their uncle. Easy to find, and the upstairs neighbors were very quiet.

Cons: The teenagers hoped to watch local television, so were a little disappointed in not finding one, but the wifi was plenty strong for their iPads. The large low thick beams in the apartments separating the living spaces from the toliets were constantly a surprise at 4am in the dark.

Pros: Location is really good! A few minutes away from Shin-Okubo Station, Don Quijote, and so many other restaurants. Bedrooms are good size, although you can only really open suitcases in the living room or in one of the bigger bedrooms. There are umbrellas provided as well that we got to use, especially it had been raining the whole time we got to Tokyo.

Pros: The location was excellent, being close to two popular train lines and only one stop from shinjuku station. There are so many food options around as well. The house was clean and was what was expected. We were given an apartment on the 2nd floor and it suited our needs perfectly. 3 western bedrooms, 1 tatami room, a small living area and 2 toilets, 2 showers. I thought it was quite big compared to where I've stayed before as well. Check in was easy with a lockbox and communication with the host was efficient and simple. Would definitely stay here again.
