Toyoko Inn Tokyo Tozai-sen Nishi-kasai

Nice place to stay.

Pros: The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean. They are close to alot of attractions and include a courtesy bus to Disneyland/Sea. I have extended my stay at the hotel by an extra 4 days.

Cons: -The beds are very hard -No access to a toaster unless its breakfast time. My child only eats toast (no plain bread) and without a toaster in the room and no access to the one in Reception, its been difficult to feed her. -Breakfast was free but had no options for western children (toast), had to buy a loaf to be able to feed her. These were only very minor things and overall its a great place to stay.

Pros: Very nice and comfy. Very good. Recommended to stay.

Pros: Excellent location and service. The room had all you needed for a comfortable stay

Pros: We enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The free shuttle bus to disneyland was convenient. Location was great as the train station was very near.

Cons: The room was very small and quite a squeeze for 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 huge suitcases. Pillows had to be separately requested for children and extra towels had to be rented for 100 yen per day.

Pros: Breakfast was a nice option to have if you wished too, I didn’t personally have breakfast but my friend did and said it was nice

Cons: Requested a none smoking room however given a smoking room which was fine there was no overly strong smell of smoke when we entered and having window open couldn’t then really smell anything after a couple hours

You can always rely on Toyoko - superb value for money.

Pros: As ever, an excellent service from Toyoko - friendly and helpful staff, close to the station and a lovely breakfast - the usual splendid Toyoko experience. p.s always a clean room and communal areas.

Cons: Only small things, really - no plug near the bed, a huge step into the bathroom, no knives or forks in breakfast hall - certainly not enough to spoil the experience.

Pros: We stayed here once we got back from Osaka before we moved onto Tokyo Disney. It was really easy to get to and find, and they run a free shuttle to Disneyland in the morning - they dropped us right to our hotel at Disney, which was super useful! Room was fine, on the smaller side but to be expected. It did the job for what we needed.

Cons: More variety at breakfast, and our bed was squeaky.

Convenient stay for Disney

Pros: Great location for Disney parks, free shuttle in the morning, and one at night. Close to train station. Friendly staff. Breakfast options were continuously replenished during service.

Cons: Beds were a little too hard for our comfort. There was a step up into the bathroom, and it was quite high to step into the bathtub.

Great stay for Disney parks

Pros: Close to train station and convenience store. Very grateful for Disney shuttle and luggage storage. Good size single room with large bed. Easy check in and check out process.

Cons: Pillow was thin and bed a bit too hard. Didn't ask for additional pillow, so can't comment if that would have made a difference.

Pros: Location. Close to to train station . Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. Very cheap for the size of the room. It is basic but very clean.

Cons: When I asked one of a staff to make a contact to Tokyo sky tree reception as I thought I was almost late for the admission. I just wanted to know whether I can still take train or I have to take a taxi if they are very strict with the time. My request was refused so I took a taxi. It turned out I didn’t have to take a taxi. However, it may be their rule that they were not allowed to make this sort of contact for the customer.
