Great value for money, good location and comfortable. Would visit again.

Pros: the location. only 10 min walk to the station and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: the wifi was extremely slow and barely worked. netflix did not see to work aswell but could be a technical issue.

Pros: Great location - I ended up extending here because the location was so convenient. Great for 2 people, wouldn't recommend for 3 people but it is passable.

Cons: Hear quite a lot through the window and walls. On my last night of staying 10 days here someone decided to dry their trainers at midnight which was very noisy.

Satisfied, convienient, cheap

Pros: Idk why most a lot of the reviews are bad but honestly its a pretty good place to stay, its a little small but otherwise its good and comfortable nothing to complain about, near takadanobaba station, which is one station away from shinjuku, easy train track to and from haneda station, very near, lots of restaurant nearby, 7E convinient store was literally next to it. Easy access to everything. Idk if the rooms are manage by different ppl, maybe it depends on your luck, some room are good some maybe eh. But overall mine is all good, its clean too.

Cons: The room pretty small, max is 2 ppl for comfort. Toilet pretty small too. Road a little uphill.

You get what you pay for

Pros: Room was adequate for 2 people 8 nights. Had a plug in induction hob and plates/bowls/cutlery so you can cook there if desired but no oven/grill.

Cons: Could have been cleaner, room was dusty and the rug had some old stains. Freezer compartment in the fridge barely worked. Also felt smaller than the pictures.

Pros: Location is superb, so close to everything and also a train station which gets you to the main spots for tourist attractions.

Cons: We stayed in room 116 and when you flush the toilet it was SO loud it honestly sounded like a plane landing 🤣 other than that it was a really good place to stay couldn’t fault it

Good first stay for a first visit to Tokyo!

Pros: Good neighbourhood, perfect for a couple, has all the necessities, 5min walk to the Takadanobaba station that can take you anywhere, you do everything yourself, there are no staff in this hotel, but there will always be other guests there, if you ever need a helping hand.

Pros: Everything was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and wifi fast. The station is 10 min. walking and the main tourist locations are easily accessible.
