It was great! We loved it just a few issues with the bedding and bed.

Pros: The location is great, easy to read instructions and room size is to be expected for the area. Great room.

Cons: Our duvet cover had some stains on it, we did message the property and unfortunately the email response went to our junk email, but there was no follow up or response. The bed slats were also broken so had to fix it every time we got out of bed / moved the bed to make it.

Pros: The check-in instructions were clear and you get them on time. Everything is just like it's shown in the pictures. Wi-fi is okay, we didn't have any problem with it. The apartment is quite near a 7-11, there's also a supermarket open 24/7 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Takadanobaba station near, we used the Yamanote line a lot - it connects well with other stations and lines. I'd book the same place again definitely.

Cons: The toilet is rather small and the washbasin in it is tiny, we found it impossible to use it for both washing hands and brushing teeth.

Cons: The bed on our room in the 3rd floor was lopsided :(

Pros: The unit has a secure entrance and easy self check in. Very clean & the beds were comfortable. Single cooking burner and 3 different cooking pots/pans. Kettle , microwave, and small fridge with freezer. Awesome water pressure in shower. The unit is very close to 3 different 7Elevens and Lawson's. Short walk to the Takadanobaba Station and main streets with two pharmacies & 2 grocery stores. Big Box, DonQui, Sushiro, 2nd Street resuse shop & a ton of restaurants. Coin laundry about a 1.5 blocks away with machines that wash & dry.

Cons: I wish there was a drying function/rack in shower.
