Clean, cmfotable, efficieny and good location.

Pros: Very clean and efficient. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did an admirable job speaking English.

Nice hotel but lot of noise from traffic

Pros: Hotel room was extremely small as compared to price, staff was polite but wish they understood english as I had to explain everything from translator. Room window was towards highway so vehicle traffic noise was affecting my sleep. Otherwise hotel location is good and its nice hotel

Pros: I like the place, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is easy to access. one more thing, I made a reservation suddenly but it was really well prepared.

Good choice, affordable, close enough to Shinjuku.

Pros: Convenient location and affordable. Facilities in room were fine for the price. Near Hatagaya station, so easy to get around.

Cons: A little hard to find, and locals weren’t very helpful unusually). Would have helped to have an English sign somewhere - even a small one.

Pros: 部屋が広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。親切なフロントの対応にも満足です。 近くにスーパーが2軒あり、何かと便利だと思います。 喫煙の部屋が上層階にある点も素敵です。

Cons: 時折り利用させていただきますが、不満を感じたことはありません。

Pros: 喫煙OKな部屋が最上階(6、7階)です。ビジネスホテルとして考えると部屋が広いです。スタッフの人たちにも全くに不満がないです。すぐ隣に23時まで、道の向かいには24時間オープンのスーパーがあります。快適に過ごせました。

Pros: メガネをチェックアウト時に忘れてしまったのですが、その後、丁寧に対応探し即発送して頂き本当に助かりました！！ 今後とも、近くで用事があるときには利用したいです。

The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a great hotel and location if you’re looking for somewhere close to the city

Pros: It’s in a great location - right by the Hatagaya station and near convenience stores like 7/11, family mart, and Matsumoto kiyoshi. It’s an older building so you’ll get physical keys and there’s a curfew of 2 AM. It’s private, great for short stays within budget, and convenient. There’s smoking floors and non-smoking floors.

Cons: It’s right by the main road so there’s road noises all day - night. I was okay because I used earplugs but if you’re a sensitive to noise, it’s something to consider.
