Would highly recommend for a short stay right in the heart of Tokyo.

Pros: The accommodation was in a great location. A very easy stroll from Shin Okubo station and a easy walk to Shinjuku, Golden Gai and surrounding areas. Multiple food options and lots of lovely coffee shops in local lanes. Having an elevator, washing machine and dryer were very helpful. We also enjoyed coming back to the bath after lots of walking each day. Great views from the balcony back towards Shinjuku.

Cons: While the apartment has 3 bedrooms it does not have a generous living area to accommodate a large group. There was also minimal cooking, serving equipment if you were planning on eating in. However with plenty of great eateries in the area you don't really need to cook.

Pros: Fantastic location, great facilities, very well set up and organised. A very good stay for a family. Would stay there again.

New and clean, excellent location and service

Pros: Clean is very clean and new. All the appliances and furniture looks new. Location is excellent, right in the shopping street. The space is not big but able to accommodate 8 of us. Service is excellent. There is a small issue and the service team came down immediately within a couple of hours to investigate and improve situation. Service is the best among the 5 stays I had in Japan. They even have an expresso machine and free expresso capsules. The best part is Netflix is available and we are able to watch movies and relax at night after a long day. Each room has a projector to cast screen on the wall to watch movies and shows. Excellent! Wasn't expecting such good deal for this price. K9

Cons: The lamp at dining table is too low. We kept knocking our heads.

Soggiorno a Shin Okubo

Pros: Posizione decisamente in centro e nel quartiere di Shin Okubo. Molto comodo per spostarsi a Tokyo per evitare il traffico di Shinjuku. L’abitazione é vicino alla stazione e ci sono un sacco di negozi e ristoranti. Host risponde velocemente e molto disponibile.

GREAT LOCATION! Easy access to train station. Clean and close to convenience stores.

Pros: Enough beds for 7 people! Nice appliances and amenities included and close to the Shin-Okubo station and convenience stores. Very clean and English instructions/manuals/guest book were phenomenal and easy to understand. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons: No air conditioning in the main room, but leaving the doors to the bedrooms open helped cool it down. Definitely a bit small for the group of our size, but for a place to stay after spending all day and night in Tokyo, this was wonderful and easy to get to.

Les oreillers un peu haut et dure

Pros: L appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Chambre avec de bons lits pas beaucoup de place pour valise sauf une. Belle douche et toilette separee

Cons: Une seule grande pièce avec un toilette séparé et La cabine de douche qui se trouve dans la pièce difficile lorsque vous êtes entre amis. Il faudrait mettre la douche dans le placard avec les toilettes pour faire une salle de bains séparé. le petit lavabo qui se trouve aussi dans la pièce principale opale est trop petit.

Pros: Excellente localisation! Logement un peu mieux qu'attendu en terme de propreté et de confort global (qualité de la literie par exemple).

Cons: Un seul miroir et un seul wc pour un logement prévu jusqu'à 8-9 personnes n'est peut-être pas suffisant.

Our stay in the wonderful little home

Pros: The host was very friendly and easy to work with, and was quick to resolve any issues that arose.

Cons: Nothing, the place was completely to our satisfaction.

第一次到東京，住宿整體表現理想，地理位置方便，屋主態度親切。

Pros: 地方清潔乾淨，地理位置理想，靠近車站，樓下有很多食肆，商舖，超市，便利店及有一間廿四小時Donki，屋主也非常窩心，雖然未能提早check-in，但係能提早讓我們擺放行李。

Cons: 屋內有些提示未能清晰，如Wi-Fi名稱未有更新，如沖涼時，客廳有人使用洗手盆，水壓也會明顯下降。
