Great spot in the heart of Shin-Okubo

Pros: This accommodation is in a perfect spot in Shinjuku, super close to JR station (Yamanote line), lots of food, shops, etc and despite being in the thick of the city, you couldn’t hear anything inside. It was quiet and comfortable. Washer, dryer, great shower/bath, very happy.

Cons: We had 4 kids and 4 adults and it was a little small for 2 families. Would be better suited for one family or all adults.

Absolute winner

Pros: Nestled in the heart of Korea town and just a short walk to the train station. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Beds are super comfortable and communication with the property was seamless. Would definitely recommend

Cons: We unfortunately weren’t able to check in until 5pm which was a bit of a pain but we were given some notice and were able to leave our bags in the room until it was available which they offer from 12pm

A lovely Tokyo stay close to train station.

Pros: Comfy beds, great location, fabulous washer/drier. Good air conditioning. Situated among a huge amount of restaurants and walking distance to main Godzilla and cat displays. Lovely alley ways to wander around.

Cons: Tight rooms, beds pushed together. Feel the apartment needs a freshening up. Building entrance needs attention too.

Pros: Is spacious, is close to train station, is close to all train lines.

Bien situado pero espacio si eres un grupo grande

Pros: Está muy bien situado, a apenas unos metros de estaciones como Shin-Osaka y de la zona de Shinjuku-Kabuchiko. La lavadora con opción de secado fue muy útil también

Cons: No hay espacio para dejar las maletas, al ser un grupo de 7 tuvimos que dejar todo por medio por la ausencia de armarios.

Pros: Place was very clean and located in convenient location close to subway system.

ホストの方が対応がとても丁寧！

Pros: 新大久保のメイン通りにあるので、食べ物やコスメなどには困らなかった。新大久保駅も近いのでアクセスも良かった。建物自体は古さを感じるけど、ドアを開けたらとてもオシャレで清潔感もあって5人家族でも余裕で過ごせた。小さなトラブルで電話をした時も丁寧に対応して頂けて安心できた。洗濯乾燥機があって2泊の自分達は洗濯ができて持参荷物を減らす事ができて快適だった。

Cons: 場所が繁華街なので夜中に酔った人々の声が聞こえ、騒音で眠れないほどではなかったが、一瞬不安になる事もあった。エレベーターで一緒になる人が外国の方々ばかりで少し不安があった。

Pros: The location is good The space is larger than general hotel The B&B owner is kind and helpful

Cons: The check-in time is a little bit not convenient

Pros: L’appartement très agréable, l'environnement du quartier avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, les nombreux restaurants et boutiques mais surtout l'excellente communication avec Naomi depuis la réservation jusqu'à l'arrivée sur place.

Pros: The location of the property — very easy access to Shin-okubu train station, restaurants, convenient stores and DonQuiJote.

Cons: There was some construction work nearby during our first ray staying there. It was noisier than we had expected.
