Top stay in a beautiful apartment in the best location.

Pros: The location is brilliant. The area is safe, fun and has a great vibe. Apartment is spacious, especially for the location and everything easy to use. Super clean and comfortable. Perfect for a group. We got the check out day wrong by one day and Naomi and the cleaning team were very accommodating and quickly advised and did everything to fix the situation. We were able to book the extra night. The communication was great. Extremely helpful. Thank you. Will definately book again.

Pros: This apartment was spacious and incredibly well equipped. The location was ideal with many food options on the street down below, along with supermarkets. We enjoyed both the inside and outside spaces. Highly recommend to families.

Cons: Would have been useful to have instructions on how to make sofa bed; we weren’t sure!

Pros: Wonderful stay in this apartment, located in the heart of Kabukicho. The apartment is very well equipped: big screen TV, video game console, etc. Everything is very well explained because Naomi had the clever idea to place small instructions all around the apartment, which is really helpful. The view of the Shinjuku buildings from the terrace is just incredible. As for the neighborhood itself, it’s amazing. There are all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets right downstairs. We had an excellent stay. Thank you, Naomi, for your kindness and availability 🙂

We loved our time in Tokyo and can’t wait to come back.

Pros: Really well located with easy access off the train network, seconds away from endless food shops, 7 eleven, Foodmart, Chemists, Candied Fruit Skewers etc. Felt really safe we even allowed our young kids 10 and 12 yrs to walk down to the store under our apartment. Had everything you would need for cooking, great free wifi with Netflix available. Our view from bedroom was out to the street which we enjoyed people watching at night. Such great value for a family of 7 people. Our host was excellent with very clear instructions. Really appreciated the washer dryer in the apartment too.

Rooftop haven

Pros: The place is big, and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. The facilities are top notch. And this is right in Shinjuku.

Cons: The elevator doesn't have sensors on the door and will bite

Convenient appartement with a big terrace close to station.

Pros: Apartment has everything you need and extensive manuals for all of the appliances were very handy. Loved the (big) terrace and it is only a few minutes walk to the station. Lots of ( mainly Korean) restaurants in the area.

Cons: The bedrooms are facing a busy street and are quite noisy throughout the night.

Pros: The room was large and the amenities were well-equipped.

Cons: I think it would have been better if the check-in time was a little earlier.
