Pros: Really great location. Lots of late night food options and activities. Very close to the JR JY train line which links to many other sight seeing locations. The actual apartment was very clean and the washing machine / dryer work well.

Cons: As other reviewers have noted, there is a karaoke bar in the building which woke us up at times.

Great place but very noisy if you are over the karaoke bar on the 2nd floor.

Pros: In a great Korean neighbourhoud. The appartment is conveniant.

Cons: My appartment was on the 3rd floor over a Karaoke bar on the 2nd floor. The earplugs jar is one of the first thing you see when you come in the appartment. It was noisy, but my 3 kids were able to sleep. I did put a white noise app on a cellular pohne speaker in each room. That helped alot for two of us.

Nice and enjoyable apartment in a central area

Pros: Easy to reach and perfectly placed apartment with all the comfort needed. Owner is available and readily replies. The explanation of the house is perfect and every detail is present.

Cons: The apartment is in a central and very lively area. I would not suggest it to people that want to go to bed early.

It was a totally an excellent stay.

Pros: The room is located at the central tokyo. Very close to Shinjuku and train station. Loads of restaurants around the area. Very convenient to everything.

Cons: Early check out 🙁
