Pros: Space for 10 pax! And we didn’t feel like sardines in a tin, that’s very hard to find in Japan.

Cons: Cold floor due to lack of heating.

Cozy with lots of space!

Pros: This property was spacious for our family of 6! Plenty of rooms and plenty of beds. We really liked the second floor which was mainly for hanging out. It has the dining table, couches and TV. We all had a turn on the VR Headset which was cool! There’s also a pocket wifi for the tenants to use, so thank you to the owners for supplying the pocket wifi! The shower facilities were comfortable to use. Beds were comfortable, the blankets are weighted so it was nice to sleep with. There’s house slippers provided which were also quite comfy, with a variety of sizes. There’s a 7 Eleven about 3mins walking distance from the property, very convenient! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for having us

Everything you need, plenty of space and great location.

Pros: Location was great - close to everything but very quiet, cute neighbourhood. Plenty of room for a group of 10. Would stay here again. Was so convenient to have a washer/dryer. Was nice to come home to after a long day walking around Tokyo.

Geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir hatten viel Platz für unsere Reisegruppe von 11 Personen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet. Wir durften das Gepäck vor dem Check-In in der Unterkunft lagern. Die zur Verfügung stehende Spielekonsole war toll. Es gab genug Geschirr für unsere große Reisegruppe.

Cons: Im unteren Stockwerk wurde es sehr kalt (wir waren im Dezember dort), man kann mit der Klimaanlage heizen, allerdings wird es schnell wieder kalt, sobald man diese abdreht. Wir hätten ein paar Buttermesser benötigt. Bei so einer großen Reisegruppe konnten nicht alle gleichzeit bei Tisch gemeinsam frühstücken.

Pros: 我們這次是10個人的家族旅遊，大家剛到民宿都非常驚豔，真的是非常漂亮的民宿，重點設備也齊全，淋浴間、衛生間都非常的充裕，洗脫烘洗衣機超級方便的，讓全家人渡過開心又溫暖的3個晚上，下次團體旅遊也會選擇這邊！👍👍👍

Cons: 因為我們是包車旅遊，巷子比較狹小如果有兩台車經過無法會車，因長輩行動比較不方便相較離地鐵也稍遠一點

Pros: El personal muy amable. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona muy bonita y cerca de un parque y el ayuntamiento de Shinjuku, fácil llegada desde la parada de metro.

Cons: Le faltó alguna foto de las escaleras de caracol

また使いたい宿です。

Pros: 部屋数が多く、各部屋に延長コードなど有り、リビングが広くて大きなTVやゲームもあり、シャワー室にはドライヤーとヘアアイロンが2つづつ有り、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

Cons: 床の汚れが結構有り、足の裏が黒くなったので、床掃除がもう少し行き届いていたら良かったと思いました。

Amazing Whole House!!

Pros: 新宿の繁華街からそう遠くない場所にあり、ベッドルームが多くリビングも広々。大人数での東京滞在には最適だと思う。ぜひまた利用したい。
