My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Pros: I loved how central the location was and how easy it was to get to the Shinjuku station. I love that the Airbnb was equipped with what we needed including extra bedsheets and towels.

Cons: I didn't like that the place didn't have better soundproofing.

A great apartment to rest after a long day in Tokyo

Pros: The location was great and easy to find, a taxi from Shinjuku station to the place only cost around 1200Y. A quiet place to rest after a long tired day. Some cool bars and local restaurants nearby and really close to the subway station. Multiple 7-11, Family Marts, and Lawson are nearby.

I love it! It was perfect for a solo traveler like me especially if you are running Tokyo Marathon and if the start line

Pros: The location is perfect. Just across is a beautiful park where you can run, relax or even have you child play. Near convenience stores (there were several Family Mart and 7Eleven) near by two subway stations Nishi shinjuku gochome and Tochomae.

Cons: The location is a bit hilly, so if you have a medium to large luggage then it will be a bit problem to carry on the roads going to the location.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cerca de estación de metro, negocios de conveniencia , tiendas , comercio en general, bien equipada , barrio tranquilo , se puede llegar caminando a varios puntos de interés turístico

Cons: Quizás lo único que podría decir es que , al estar en primer piso , en una ocasión una persona se puso a mirar por nuestra ventana ....

Pros: 三人住有一點點小，增加的日式床墊打開可以舖在床邊不影響動線OK 領取鑰匙需要一點點理解力，退房時打不開鑰匙盒求助客服有迅速回應(會中文) 冰箱是雙層的，適合喜歡買冰回房間吃的旅客地點安靜，床算好睡，冷氣有冷

overall a nice and quiet one room apartment with good location and affordable price.

Pros: good location close to nishi shinjuku go-chime metro station and 32/33 bus to shinjuku JR station. right in a nice and quiet residential community. there is a plenty choice of restaurants like Denny’s near the Central Park, with small Japanese foods and Familymart around the corner. facilities clean and tidy. recommended for short and long stay.

Cons: Not much dislike except the bathroom curtain. Room size is good.

Enjoyable and great location

Pros: It was was very clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Cons: The locks were a pain. They did not work and made the experience frustrating. Staff was easy to contact on booking app. Check out was also frustrating due to the locks not working
