Pros: Extremely comfortable beds a fair bit of space great shower quite location.

We loved our stay as a family of four (2 Adults & 2 Children) staying at STAY ARI Arakicho.

Pros: The location of this property was perfect - Super close to two train stations. It was impeccably clean and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: very clean place, bigger than we thought. the location is good, when we come from the Narita airport, we get off at the subway station which is very close to the hotel. there is another subway station which is like 8-10 mins walk. 7-11 around. very convenient.

Pros: Love the location which is 3 min from the Akebonobashi subway, love the heater and heated bed, allows us to leave our luggage much earlier, love the pocket wifi, washer & dryer, kitchen utensils provided, etc.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit old, may need some fresh paint over some rusted area. The double bed a bit old and a bit sink-in. The other 2 beds are ok.

Great value and quiet location

Pros: Spacious for 4 adults , all facilities needed including washer / dryer . Clean and had lift . 2 mins walk to 7/11 and station . 25 mins walk to Golden Gai and 30 mins walk to Shinjuku .

Cute, clean and spacious accommodation perfect for a small family.

Pros: The place was so much bigger than the standard Japan accommodation I was surprised how bit the room was. My family stayed here for our week in Tokyo and found it so easy to get around by Train or uber/taxi. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we need. It was also affordable considering the location was so close to all the main areas.
